Canceled our stay there for Sunday night. Hotel has no shuttle service, there are no cabs, and Lyft could not pick us up for at least three hours. With the town so poor in transportation so limited, it amazes me that they are able to stay open. hotel itself is beautiful on the outside average inside breakfast was delicious

Hotel was nice. Fairly clean. Disappointed that the pool was still closed. Had been closed for 10 months now. Breakfast was okay, but needed refilling each morning we went down and didn't have a lot of items due to the food truck not delivering. Also shower needs recaulking and shower curtain didn't go to the floor so a lot of water went out of the walk in shower. Kitchenette floor near cabinets and refrig and toe kicks were dirty.

Great transition property for those planning on moving to ND. Offers spacious rooms with kitchenette and living room space.

Decent place to stay. Nice staff and reasonable rates. Good breakfast and the girl bartending at night was friendly. The pool was closed down during our stay. Minot was packed during the recent oil boom and the hotels in the area show signs of that busy time. HYATT house shows signs of that time considering it is an extended stay hotel. But management and staff have done a decent job trying to keep it clean and in presentable shape.

My Father and I did a surprise visit to my son stationed at Minot AFB - this place was recommended to us by a few people on base - we were not disappointed. We were greeted by Shakeera and she was more than helpful in getting us our room and finding us our best discount (Veteran/Retired Law Enforcement/AAA) We had even seen Shakeera a couple of times during our visit away from the hotel and she was always friendly and asked every time if we were enjoying our stay and if everything was good with our room. We are already planning our next trip and we will definitely be staying here.

Amazing and awesome front desk staff, especially Shakeera. She's the best! We really appreciate the big room and the laundry on-site.

I love the rooms, they are like mini apartments. They are always clean and the staff is great. The restaurant leave something to be desired and the bar is ok as long as you don't want a drink with more than one alcohol. Do not order a Long Island

This property was close to the airport but a five minute drive to shopping, restaurants and downtown.. Breakfast was satisfactory. Our main concern was that our room was not serviced during our three day stay despite requests both to housekeeping and the front desk. Parking was plentiful.

Wore out property. Dirty furniture wore out

Our room was dirty. We found empty alcohol bottles under the desk that hadn't been cleaned up as well as dirty socks in the bedroom under covers. Additionally, the website specifically stated that the pool would be open as of April 30th and it was not open as of May 20th when we stayed there. We have three children and choose hotels based on having a pool. Very disappointing stay and will never stay again or recommend to anyone.

My initial room was okay there was a large chunk of my table missing, my nightstand light did not work and my toilet ended up breaking after the first use. After the front desk was made aware they were so kind and helpful and they were able to give me a new upgraded room for the inconvenience. The hotel rooms themselves were a little outdated and well used but the staff were all so friendly, helpful and kind that it almost made up for it all.

The bar and the food was such a nice touch, not everybody wants to have to go out and try to find a place for food and drinks and the staff were nice and helpful

Excellent large rooms with ample space! Very clean and convenient.

The hotel is bad. Furniture is dirty and damaged. Couch was discolored with stains, furniture looks like they bought it at a rummage sale. We found pubic hair all through the bathroom. I wanted my money back and the front desk lady refused. She said I already checked in and she can’t give refunds. We had been in the room for 5 mins. I talked to Expedia and they could not help with getting me a refund. Very disappointing. Do not stay here.

The breakfast provided was good, but the room was very unclean, the floor had crumbs and hair everywhere and the coffee table had food stuck and hardened to it, also was a huge stain on the couch we didn’t even want to sit on it.

I was very surprised and disappointed when I got there with my family to enjoy an evening of swimming and the pool was closed. Nothing on website about the pool being under construction. Very diss appointed that we spent over $200 with no pool

This location is in the North side of the city. The hotel was quiet and the rooms have a separate sitting room, which is nice. The pool had maintenance and it was not updated on this site so that was disappointing. We spoke to the staff about it and

My first time renting a hotel in Minot I didn’t know what to expect. Hit a home run with the Hyatt House! Absolutely loved this place, it felt more like a house/apartment than a hotel room! This place was the place to be! I will stay here again 😊

It was very comfortable as it was very roomy.

Hotel & room was clean other than the under sink trashcan was full from the last guests. Breakfast was great and common area was clean.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like about this hotel. I guess the only downfall is that it isn’t close to anything which isn’t ideal but other then that it was by far the best hotel we’ve stayed at throughout our 2 week road trip through the United States.

This hotel saved us for our night in Minot. Originally booked the Microtel and immediately left after seeing the conditions of the hotel and booked at the Hyatt instead. Friendly staff, clean rooms and a nice bed.

this hotel looks great in photos… but its not! when we arrived we found that colony of pigeons has taken up residency in the 30FT wooden overhang; over the entry… and there was poop everywhere! especially on our car after we made the mistake of parking there during check in. so use care when entering so you done get pooped on. We had reserved a King Luxury Suite and were placed on the 4th floor, only after checking us, did we find out that the elevators weren't operational… so we asked to be moved to the 1st floor, because we had 3 heavy suitcases… and in retaliation we were placed in a room directly next to a room where a dog and his owner lived on the property full time… we have nothing against pets, we have two dogs ourselves… but this dog barked very loudly and NON STOP all evening and most of the night!! the furniture was very worn and sadly there was quite a bit of damage on the walls and dis-repair. there are about 20 family's that live on the property full time (traveling nurses, oil field workers, etc.) and they pretty much run a muck and have taken over, so you can’t really utilize any of the amenities.. out door sitting areas/laundry/pool.. every morning while we were there they would gather all the patio chairs and tables (from both the back patio and front areas) and make a large Communal eating area… and sit in front of the hotel visiting for the majority of the day.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt house and everything was just as expected. We did use the pool the next morning which was nice but it had too much chlorine and the smell didn’t go away after a couple of showers. We were 6 people staying at a suite and it would’ve been nice to have towels for everyone right away instead of having to call for them. They provided a number to message them but it was through WhatsApp and nobody responded. We had to go to the front desk to make this request. I would stay here again but it would be nice to see some improvements on these things.

Not great family stay. I wouldn’t list all of the negatives except that this was a very expensive stay and I expected a lot better experience. Extremely uncomfortable beds and pillows. $5 bottled water on the night stand, seriously. Noisy party bus at entrance at midnight and they weren’t asked to leave or turn off the blaring music.Tiniest pool ever. Room was set to 64 degrees when we got there, ridiculous. Very disappointed.
