For a family of 4 with small kids and a puppy, this was the perfect safe place for us to stay on our roadtrip. Improvement: I do wish the elevators required a hotel key card to go up in the elevator.

I only usually write reviews when it’s a good place and this was a good place. We had a softball tournament in Chesterfield- only maybe 10 min drive. Great breakfast, easy check in - nice rooms, clean bathroom reasonably priced since we only slept there and very nice staff. Thank you for the stay- we will be back!

Our family of four stayed for a short overnight as we were passing through the area on a road trip. It seems like a newer hotel. Everyone was friendly, room was clean and comfortable and there was a decent breakfast in the morning. It seemed like a very safe area.

Really liked our stay. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and nice. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the free breakfast. The hotel is not far from a lot of fun activities and shopping so it was a good location.

We arrived at 9pm on a Thursday night and greeted by Kathy at the front desk. There were 3 in our group and we were put in rooms next to each other despite not booking together. The rooms were clean, looked updated, and Kathy was so inviting. Our stay was two night so we spent some time in the hotel. Everyone we encountered that worked there greeted us warmly and asked talked to us. It was an amazing stay, i would come back

This is a very nice hotel with under ground parking, breakfast was adequate and the coffee was terrific. My only issue was the charges on my credit card They charged a $15.00 fee for no reason and they over charged for our dog fee, needed to get this fixed. Shouldn't need to do this. Spoiled the experience.

Overall it was pretty good. The water wasn’t really hot for showers. The climate control in the room wasn’t as accurate, and only one of the elevators in hotel was working. The staff was friendly, hotel was clean so again it was a nice stay.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good with several options. Room was spacious. There was not a lot of grass space for dogs convenient to entrances. Overall a good experience. Would definitely stay again!

This place was very nice. The room was roomy and bed comfortable. Our bathroom was huge. Everything was clean, staff was nice too. It was right off the interstate and there are eat places close. They charged a $15 incidental fee when i checked in, that i wasn't expecting. Our stay was excellent

Chose this property because of its east access from the interstate as well as Hyatt quality. Pool and fitness center were closed for renovations but didn’t need them at this visit. Good to know they’re sprucing up the place. Room was nice. Clean. Bathroom was spacious, clean and updated. Love the walk-in shower! Would stay here again.

The stay was very pleasant. Kathy was accommodating during our check-in process. She was very understanding of our request and provided us with the best service! Also, Todd at the front desk is amazing! He cares for the guests and always helpful with suggestions and etc. the hotel is clean and in a good location. Breakfast is included. It is simple, but has anything that you need.

The hotel itself was nice and the room was perfect. The strong marijuana smell on our floor, however, kind of ruined everything. It hit us right after we got off the elevator on our floor and was very, very strong throughout the whole floor. When we brought it up to the front desk, all the said was they would look into it and proceeded to spray some kind of room spray to cover the smell. Not exactly the ideal situation when you have little ones with you.

Not far from the outlets and many dining options. Breakfast buffet was excellent and plenty of room to sit and eat. Staff are super friendly.
