With a beautiful view from inside of house or porch of ocean and sunrises! July 2022. We really enjoyed the home. The access to the beach is amazing! Very nice, recently done private boardwalk to the beach- which was never crowded based on the residential area. The deck of the home is nice and we spent time on the deck under the porch roof, even during the rain showers. It was great walking distance to a close seafood restaurant, too - nice perk! Note: No Parties or Events permitted. Max 12 occupancy. Decibel levels are monitored at this property to abide by city and county noise ordinances. NOTE: $500 cancellation fee applies to all bookings 28 days or more. Startup bathroom, kitchen, and laundry supplies are provided with each booking. 25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.
