PET POLICY While we understand fur babies are part of your family; in an effort for all guests to enjoy their stay, we are limiting dogs to 35 lbs or less, potty trained and non-shedding types. Service dogs are exempt. Please note emotional support pets will not qualify for exemption . Owners are to clean after their dog's potty break. This a lakefront property and not fully fenced in. No dog swimming allowed in the lake and/or pool. POOL HEATING POLICY There is an additional fee of $100 per night to heat up the swimming pool. This fee can be paid at time of booking or after the reservation is made. GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine, in addition to City-imposed fines which can reach up to $10,000 per violation and can be removed from the property due to negligence. SMOKING/VAPING POLICY Smoking and/or vaping is not allowed on this property. Guests will be liable for the full cost of damage resulting from smoking and/or vaping.
