Value for money minus wifi

Location, View, Ambience and value for money!

No Wifi. If they just add wifi I will become regular to this place. Staff support on site is almost non existent.

Good

It was great. So relaxing. Waulsort is a pretty town. We went to Dinant to kayak down the Lesse river. The Village Vacances was perfect for a weekend getaway. It is too bad that the pool was closed but we understand that this is due to Covid-19 restrictions. Beautiful hiking across the river in Waulsort (Go on the Passeur d'eau :) .

It took more than 2 weeks to get my 100 EUR deposit back. It should have been indicated on Booking.com that the pool was closed (even though we understand why it was closed).

Passable

Can be hard to get a hold on staff if you need help. They forgot to give us the access card to the pool area, so couldnt get in for the first 1/3 of our 3 day stay. Now they dont answer my mails about getting my deposit back..

Pleasant

Location is perfect, in the middle of the forest and quite close to the highways. Very picturesque

Everything is a bit old and the size for 4 people is quite small
