Тараканы( очень много) и пыльно в номере!

On arrival we were told that we don't have any rooms when we had booking confirmation. And it was night time, we had nowhere to go as we were new in the country. Later one of receptionists who was sleeping came and gave us some different room where conditioner was not working and no hot water supply and beds was single beds. No balcony as it was mentioned. Next morning we spoke to the manager and he didn't upgrade our room and charged us same amount. Unfortunately we had to leave same day and change the hotel. Very very disappointed.

Modern and the toilet had washing gun as in muslim countries.

The room was large and comfortable, the location was close to the Didube station, which was convenient for us.

The hotel is situated right next to the rush road and the windows are not good enough to eliminate the noise, so it’s not suitable for light sleepers. The overall cleanness of the hotel was poor, the floors and especially the stairs in higher floors (we stayed on the 5th) looked like they have never been cleaned. The floor at the room serving breakfast was also not touched for a long time. Finally the breakfast was the worst we had during our 10day stay in Georgia. The selection of warm dishes was practically just a sausage, for sweet food, one could only have marmalade, yogurt and biscuits for coffee. I guess we were too spoiled by other places and guest houses we spent time in and thought it’s how it should look like everywhere in Georgia.
