The layout of this vacation home was great for our family. The balconies had nice views. The community pool was large and refreshing. Beach access is a short walk. We loved the location and the homey feel.

Don't get me wrong, this place was a great fit for our family. The wear and tear is noticeable but expected. This vacation home could use some aesthetic upgrades which will help to make the home feel "more cleaner". The rug at the front door needs to go or be attached to the floor, it's a tripping hazard and this is mentioned in other reviews.

Location was good. It was right in the middle of everything as expected.

House was not as clean as expected...perhaps the cleaning was rushed. Floors were sandy and some of the rugs had pieces shredded off and on the floor floating around. The rug at the front door was particularly slippery, I think that by the time we left everyone in my party had slipped on it...including my 5 year old who fell to the floor. No one was injured fortunately.
