The stay was not what the website on hotels.com said it would be. Service was terrible and communication. Wires were hanging in the rooms . We paid for Suites which include (2) queen size beds and a couch. Only (1) suite had a couch. They attempted to compensate with a folding chair instead of moving us to another suite or room and giving us a refund for the difference. The linen was dirty, bathrooms were cleaned by us . We were there Saturday Dec. 30-Jan 2nd 2023. Due to recent holiday weekend we had no other place to go. There were no phones in the rooms for emergencies and the food was horrible .I would never send any of my clients or staff to this hotel again and will never recommend any other nonforprofit organizations doing business with Quality Inn Suites.

This was a last minute stay at the cost it provided. There wasn’t a clock on the nightstand for us to refer to in the middle of the night. No comfortable chair to sit in while watching tv but other than that, it was ok.

I DIDNT LIKE BEING UNABLE TO CHECK IN BRFORE 3PM. IFELT SHURLY THEY COULD HAVE FOUND 1 ROOM FOR ME. THE COFFEE WAS VERY WEAK LIKE COLORED WATER. THE SHOWER HAD NO SHELFS TO HOLD SOAP OR SHAMPOO.

main bathroom was not clean in lobby, light in shower did not work light in sconce did not work, 3 of 4 days did not have daily maid service shower massage head made lots of noise but did not deliver any massage capabilities

This was the worst of my stays, the shower water would only come out in drips, there was candy bar wrappers left in my dresser drawers, my door wouldn’t lock after the first time scanning my hotel card. It never locked again so someone could have just walked in my room. The pool room was freezing & that’s a big bonus on why we booked the room with this hotel. I would LOVE for someone to reach out to me. This was not a pleasure stay.

Terrible experience. We had to wait 20 minutes for the CSR to come to the front desk. There was a sign with a phone number to call get service at 3pm for check-in. No apologies or explanation. Room was disgustingly dirty. Bathroom was disappointing as the tile needed replaced. At 1am, we were woken up to the fire alarm. Choice hotels should be embarrassed and get rid of this property.

They advertised amenities they don't have.

The staff was polite and helpful, main lobby and general surrounding area was clean, but the Room was a different situation, toilet seat was not screwed, it was just laying on top of the toilet. No Iron in the room, had to request it form main desk. very motel6ish.

They turned us away because I have a service animal. I had a reservation and they said there were no “pet” rooms available. My dog is a task trained service animal for my disability, I am not trying to sneak in a pet.

Overall it was alright/average. Room condition wasn’t the best. Bedding was very old and needed replaced. Water pressure was bad and taking a shower the pipes made a loud sound. For one night, it sufficed and would possibly stay again. Idk

Chairs in rooms totally worn out, fake vinal pealing, & the chair had 5 stab cuts that went from the back through to the front. The elevator was not working. Breakfast area never got the tables wiped clean during that time. Boarded up windows just down the way. Light switch covers broken. Water pressure was very bad & made horrible noise in the pipes

The rooms smells. The lining is terrible they have on the beds. Over all it needs a new make over in the rooms. And a real deep cleaning. The hotel it selfs looks nice on the outside but the rooms make it looks really bad and very uncomfortable to stay there.

Do not book. This hotel claims to be smoke free, but the odors in the lobby, hallways, and room tell a different story. Within fifteen minutes of being in our room, the smoke smell was so strong that I was getting a sore throat. I had a medical problem that was worsened by cigarette smoke, so staying there for the two nights booked was not an option. On top of this, the manager refused to refund the stay. The hotel seemed sketchy, it was not like the pictures, and there was a window boarded up with plywood on the exterior. Overall, this place is terrible and I would not recommend booking under any circumstances.

We rented two rooms for two nights for family members. One of the rooms had a bathroom that smelled like urine. The other room had a large section of the carpet that was soaking wet. We asked to switch rooms, and that room also had a large section of carpet that was soaking wet, and we had to move to yet another room. Have never stayed in a hotel with these conditions before.

The room next door made a rumble/humming sound in the exterior wall in the hallway when they took a shower. When I was checking to see where the noise was coming from, I went into the hallway. The smell of marijuana was so strong, I think I could have failed a urinalysis. I thought the sound may be coming from behind the wall in the pool area. When I looked through the window, there was a woman lighting a cigarette in the pool area. I asked the man at the check-in counter to come help me find the source of the noise, and that's when he knocked on my next door neighbor's door. When he came out, he told us the noise was coming from the shower, and he was also perplexed about it. He then noted the strong smell of marijuana. The notice on the door says "This hotel is 100% smoke free". If they will not enforce the smoking rule, maybe the sign should read "Sort of smoke free". That would help me make an informed decision about where to stay in the future.

Arrived to an odor of smoke even after requesting a smoke free room. Room along with the bathroom were not clean. Our trip was suppose to have our stay there for the weekend but we checked out within the hour due to room conditions. Do not stay at this hotel if you are booking in the Kansas City area.

It was just fair No blankets Or extra pillows The AC was really loud all night & Door lock was really loose.

Not accommodating to our situation.

The staff are nice but our room was not properly cleaned. This hotel badly needs some updating. There’s only a few electrical outlets in the room and some of it are difficult to access so we had a hard time charging our electronics.

Hotel has NO blankets (some people need them), toilet backed up with just a small amount of toilet paper (I had to plunge it myself), telephone has no face just buttons ( looked like a toy), when we turned the AC on it felt damp. We will never use this hotel again.

The front desk was very helpful & nice. The room was clean. Water pressure could have been better but no problems. They are working on the hotel. We will stay here again
