Are you looking for an escape... from the minute you drive on to our property and see the ocean - you will understand why this property is called The View 17°61. We are literally 3 minutes from the BEACH!! Our 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is nestled into a hill top estate in an exclusive neighborhood on the NW side of Antigua. It is FULLY PRIVATE I.e it occupies the full first floor of a house which has a fully separate apartment dwelling space on the second floor. We have designed the amenities and furniture of this space to optimize guests having the most memorable experiences. The open concept kitchen and living room area has all top end appliances and furnishings. The conveniences of blender, toaster, new pots, cutlery, and glassware are a “home-bodies” dream! We also can do Private Chef packages or food basket drop offs if dining in private is more your vibe. The Primary Bedroom greets you with a King Sized bed adorned in pristine linens that you want to jump into… the cozy bathroom reflects the vibe of a spa retreat. Alongside the Primary Bedroom is a courtyard to sip your coffee and or a breezy outdoor lunch. The second bedroom is perfectly sized for comfort, storage and rejuvenation. The living room has a brand new sofa set for comfort lounging and a Smart TV to stream your favorite shows! Airport Transfer and your first breakfast is on us!! Come enjoy TheView 17•61

Comfortable rooms and furnishings with basic cooking utensils. Great location elevated on the side of a hill overlooking the sea about 3 km away.

My stay in Antigua was beautiful but this was the cherry on top. My stay here was the best thing about the trip..,.leaving the house to explore the beautiful country and coming back to a beautiful place to lay my head just made it even better. I literally fought my sister on staying anywhere else and I'm glad I did because this is the perfect vacation stay without a doubt. I get sentimental knowing what I left behind but carry the good memories and this place helped make a lot of those memories. So thank you for having us !

We had a fantastic time on our first visit to Antigua. Pictures don't do the property justice. It has the best view! The property is very clean and has everything to make it feel like home. Keisha, Josette and Max are fabulous! They are very responsive and knowledgeable. They provided all info you would need from restaurants, shopping, beaches and activities. They help provide a relaxing and smooth vacation. Ideally you need a car but can travel anywhere from this location. It is close to the beach, airport, restaurants and grocery store. We can’t wait to come back!

Great choice for a vacation in Antigua. Huge balcony with amazing sunset view and great furniture. Nice kitchen well equiped. Cosy roomy master bedroom with private balcony and view again with bathroom that goes with it. Spa. Easy access to shops grocery stores etc. Safe neightborhood. Beaches nearby. Car needed. Very good communication with host. Would go back again !

The property was amazing! Josette and Keisha gave us such a warm welcome. The rooms were all spacious and extremely clean. The kitchen and utilities were amazing, perfect for a big family. The kids loved the jacuzzi especially!
Keisha and Josette was incredibly kind and accommodating, going the extra mile with recommendations and bookings for us too. And the views from the balcony were beautiful! A really special property.
