The large gravel drive leads you underneath the redwood deck to a car parking area, a wet weather entrance, and outdoor shower. The wet weather entrance offers a laundry room equipped with a full-sized washer/dryer for your convenience. Through the wet weather entrance, you will follow the stairs to the first level. The sun-drenched space on the first level invites you to come in and relax. The living area offers plenty of seating and a lovely desk offers a great space for the student or writer in your family. Also for your enjoyment are two sets of sliding glass doors that lead to the huge oceanside deck, equipped with a grill. Walk around to the spacious eat-in kitchen. You will find the kitchen bright and clean with all the necessary items like the refrigerator, stove, and microwave. A set of sliding glass doors invite you to the deck and provide ocean views for the cook. The first bedroom on this level has sound views and plenty of room to relax. This is the only bedroom on this level, so the guest choosing this room will enjoy the privacy of the spacious full bath on this level as well as easy access to the kitchen for a late-night snack. The overlook on the second level creates an airy loft feel and the nicely sized windows flood the space with daylight. There are two generously sized bedrooms and one bathroom on this level.
