Each bedroom features a TV and its own private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The main suite also includes a Jacuzzi. Three of the bedrooms offer breathtaking ocean views and direct access to the deck, hot tub, pool, and the beach. Spectacular ocean views await from the open living area, well-equipped kitchen, and dining space. Two levels of oceanside decks provide direct beach access, while both Sound-facing decks offer great views of the Intracoastal Waterway and fabulous sunsets. Custom-designed furniture includes a cherry wood dining room table, and there is also a cherry wood game table that comes with a variety of board games. The whole family can enjoy the large pool that goes up to the dunes and is surrounded by palm trees and ocean breezes. In the evenings, flip on the pool's built-in LED lights to create a soothing ambiance and turn up the outdoor speakers while you kick back on the pool chairs, hammock, or the upper or lower decks. The beach walkway is built to provide a relaxing environment around one of the larger private pools on the island. Unwind in front of the ocean in the six-person hot tub that features strong pumps for ultimate relaxation. A hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower, a pool-front outdoor cold shower, an oceanfront hammock, a carpeted wet weather entrance for vehicles, and a double front entrance are convenient extras. The home has central heat and air-conditioning, as well as ceiling fans that can be found throughout, including in every bedroom. Throughout the home, run your favorite music via bluetooth from your iPhone, cell phone, or with digital cable audio (45 different channels) through the custom sound system that includes ceiling speakers wired throughout the living room, kitchen, main suite, and downstairs hallway. New weatherproof speakers are located on the upstairs oceanfront deck. There is a TV in living room with a DVD player and video camera inputs. All six TVs have expanded HD cable and HD movie channels. There are also various DVDs available for your use, including movies for children. WiFi is available for notebook computers and cell phones, with the ability to connect throughout the home and from the decks and pool. The kitchen features an island bar and is equipped with appliances that include a pump espresso/cappuccino machine with a separate milk frother, a blender, and a smoothie machine. Things to Know The private pool is typically open from May through October. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
