H2O has a privacy fenced backyard with room for them to hang out with the family and find a sunny spot to nap. Sweet Dreams: H2O comes with 6 stunning, luxury bedrooms; each with its own ensuite bathroom and designated workspace. Each bedroom has a top-o -the-line, plush, award - winning mattress; cooling, hotel quality pillows for back, stomach or side sleepers; its own working desk and smart TV with cable and sports channels. There are 3 sleeper sofas and a bunk bed in a semiprivate room in Guest Room 2. For details on where to sleep, eat, play, watch TV, swim or work, see the house layout photos. The Inside Story: Break away to: 3 inside lounge areas, with two 85-inch TVs with cable and sports channels, and a billiards room. The garage is a treasure trove of fun activities from table tennis, foosball, air hockey, a 100-game station, and a basketball hoop. So many areas to gather in groups or slip away in privacy - your choices are endless! The Great Outdoors: Enjoy the resort- style pool and luxuriously furnished, private pool area. Relax at night under the stars at a spacious fire pit & bbq area as the kids play some outdoor games while roasting s'mores. We had an absolute amazing time at this beautiful property. So many places to visit and have nice conversation, but equally as many places to enjoy the sounds of the Fall. The house was absolutely perfect. Thank you for a great experience.

Beautiful, clean and well decorated home. Had a fabulous time with friends. Great restaurants nearby, beach is so close, and pool is a delight to enjoy. Pool table lots of fun, as well! En-suite bedrooms are terrific! Highly recommend this property!

This property is amazing! With the private pool suite and each bedroom having its own en suite bathroom, it felt as though we were staying in a luxury hotel! The house had everything you may possibly need for entertaining family and guests and just your day to day living. Mike and the Welcome Home team were so helpful and made our check in process/ stay a breeze. The house has its own private pool and is within steps to the ocean. The street is quaint and quiet, and within close access to a ton of restaurants, grocery, and shopping. We cannot wait to book this house again!

We were in town for the Jaguars playoff game so it was 4 adults and 4 teenagers. We put the teenage girls in the en-suite and they were excited to have their own space. The pictures were spot on. The boys loved all the games and there was enough space that the adults could have a good time while the kids swam and did their own thing. The place is so big we didn’t know they were there sometimes. This property is great for families and the Welcome Home team was very responsive. Will absolutely stay here again.

This place is everything you want in a beach vacation house. You can really tell it was professionally designed with all the little details in mind. There were so many areas to spread out and enjoy, the house felt extremely spacious with our large group. We enjoyed being steps from the beach and took full advantage of the beach gear that was provided. Cannot recommend it enough and look forward to returning!
