A large sectional couch defines the living area which also has a large smart tv, coffee table, and accent chair. Adjacent is the modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, spacious countertops, and eye-catching blue cabinetry. 2 barstools are arranged at the kitchen counter for casual dining, and for more formal meals, the dining table with seating for 2 awaits. This home sleeps up to 4 guests between 1 private bedroom with queen size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa. The home’s shared bathroom has a walk-in shower, as well as the home’s signature blue cabinetry and updated fixtures. THINGS TO NOTE: Washer and dryer in unit. This is a ground level unit. Parking available for one vehicle in the parking lot is provided.
