Very good hotel stay, pet friendly, clean, updated. Staff was very caring and courteous. Although I was just passing through Chattanooga, Baymont will be on my list to search for on my next road trip.

The hotel is difficult to find even the main entrance., and the area is pretty bleak. Hotel Personnel were great, friendly and helpful. The room was dark and depressing. Great bathroom, though....

We had a comfortable over night stay passing through. Quick & friendly check-in. The continental breakfast was good! Only suggestion would be a couple bench’s out side the main entrance for resting a minute 😍

Check in was a breeze. Everyone was very nice except the over night lady. Everything was very clean. I didnt eat breakfast. But it look very good. Coffee waa excellent.

Customer Service was friendly and helpful but the room was not in good condition. Upon opening the door we were immediately hit by the scent of vomit. There were hairs in the bathtub/shower. The bed was comfy but the pillows were not.

This is a nice hotel tucked away behind another one. This made finding the right way to get to it a little bit tricky in the dark, but the hotel did say to take the road next to Circle K, and that got me right to it. This hotel was clean and pretty quiet during our stay. It has a nice little 24 hour gym that we were able to take advantage of. We also had our small dog with us, and the pet fee is very low at this hotel compared to many others. Our room did not have carpet, which was great because we didn't have to worry about puppy accidents. The beds were kind of high, but I liked that. There was a basic breakfast in the morning, as well, which was nice. The food tasted fine, and the selections were typical of other places I've stayed. This was just an overnight stop on a road trip for us, but I would not have minded staying longer, had I needed to.

The overwhelming smell of disinfectant made it a poor experience. I am glad you are cleaning but please find something with less powerful smell. I sat in the chair in our room and it was so strong I could hardly breathe.

Looked nice from remodel but definitely they cut some corners, gaps under carpet, the bathroom is not very functional, have to lean over toilet to start the shower, countertop far away from mirror so hard to put contacts in etc, smelled funny in rooms/hallway. The elevator had a horrible space themed wrap on it that did not go with the decor. Bed were nice for a recharge after driving 12 hours, breakfast hours could go a little longer. Getting in at midnight and trying to be up by 730-930 with kids is a little tough.

My daughter and I were having an overnight girls' night. Everything was very clean and up-to-date. There wasn't a smart TV if you are wanting to watch any of your apps, but only semi negative thing I could say.

They charge an additional 15$ pet fee that you are made aware of at check in. I was put by an exterior door that SLAMMED ALL NIGHT! When the door wasn’t slamming the ice machine was right outside the door. The walls are paper thin. I woke up several times thinking people were at the foot of the bed having a conversation. The breakfast was pitiful. I arrived at 7:45am. The eggs, sausage, and waffle mix was gone. I stuck around until 8:00. No more was added. The orange juice was decent.
