UPPER LEVEL As you enter via the external staircase you are greeted by the large lounge, kitchen and dining area. In the lounge you will find a comfortable sofa (which can also convert to a double bed if required) and extra comfortable chairs for relaxing and watching your favourite shows on the flat screen TV. We also provide Free WiFi and Netflix and there’s even a playstation and board games to keep the kids occupied in the rumpus. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you would need for enjoying meals at home. There’s reverse cycle air conditioning to keep the home cosy warm in Winter and cool in Summer. Upstairs you will find the Master Bedroom with an extremely comfortable queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom also has a comfortable queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has two single beds. There is wall heating in all bedrooms to keep you comfortably warm in winter. - LOWER LEVEL Heading downstairs you will find the rumpus room with a lounge that converts into a comfortable sofa bed plus a 50 inch tv. So, it’s possible to accommodate 23 guests across the 3 separate properties. The property is not far from Bellerive Quay which offers numerous choices of dining which include Chinese, Thai, Italian and Canadian, to name a few. Also nearly is Salamanca Fresh which is a large grocer offering fresh fruit and vegetables, a butcher, a baker and a good offering of ready-made meals. Around Eastlands you will also find the usual fast food outlets and also Village Cinema. Getting Around: To enjoy Hobart and surrounds its best that you have a car, however if you need the use of public transport there's a bus stop out front and a regular service that travels to the CBD.
