Nestled in Avon, this lovely house for $1,052 per night is a great option for your next vacation. ***Book Today for Only $300 Down at the Time of Booking *** Avon Business License No. 016828 Our 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom remodeled duplex is all about its private amenities including a fully-fenced yard for privacy as you enjoy the private hot tub, deck, fire pit, and beautiful mountain weather! You'll have the whole family hanging out in the kitchen with its spacious design and luxury appliances. Being 2,500 sq. ft., this home is great place to host a gathering for the family or friends. Right out the back gate sits a bus stop to both Vail and Beaver Creek, as well as the bike path leading to Vail, Avon, and Edwards. There is beautiful walking access down the bike path to great fly fishing on the Eagle River and great mountain biking from the house. The shops and restaurants in Avon are a short 2 minute drive or 10 minute bike ride. Bed Configuration: Main Bedroom - King (2nd Floor) 2nd Bedroom - Queen (2nd Floor) 3rd Bedroom - Queen (2nd Floor) 2 - single air mattresses Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with this house. The house was a perfect fit for our family. The house was clean, warm and cozy! We enjoyed using the hot tub after skiing. The location was convenient to both Beaver Creek and Vail. Brian from Vacation Rental Collective was great to work with. I would definitely rent this location again.

This home is beautiful and extremely comfortable. Nice kitchen and large dining area. A large family room to watch tv, and another very nice smaller tv/game room. We loved the hot tub! Avon is VERY close to Beaver Creek and a short and easy drive to Vail. We rented a car, so we did not use the bus system. I would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Vail/BC!

We really enjoyed this house the hot tub was great and the rooms were very nice as well. We used the parking onto drive way and was very helpful for our vehicles. Close to restaurants as well.

The place is much bigger than I expected and it was a short drive to both Vail (10 mins) and Beaver Creek (5 mins). Kitchen had all new appliances and the hot tub was also a newer model. Would definitely recommend to anyone going for a ski vacation.

We highly recomend this house for a mountain holiday, is 8 min away from the beaver creek ski drop off. The house is perfect, the kitchen is like new, the living room cozy. The bedrooms very comfortable, the bathrooms are great!! The house feels like new. The owners made us feel very welcome with different details and the organization of the house. You can tell they are special people. Heather, and Washer and dryer are great! Would love to came back, great energy!!!
