This unit is perfectly located in the heart of town and close to everything. There is a driveway on site for loading and unloading and off site parking at the Bank Street lot. Once you leave your car you may never use it again during your stay with the convenient location of this rental. This unit rents weekly during peak season and has a 2 night minimum in the off season. **VRBO Renters-Please note, the initial service fee paid, is strictly a VRBO fee and is not paid to Coldwell Banker Sol Needles Real Estate. The amenities were perfect. The house was adorable and pretty spacious. I highly recommend starting here!

The location was wonderful. The parking was a bit too far away especially in the rain about an .5 of a mile walk. But honestly the home has been updated as far as the kitchen and baths go, but none of the blinds work, it was chilly and the bed comforters were dirty with stains. We had to wash the ones we used and buy blankets for the ones that were too bad. The master bedroom had human fluid stains on the mattress cover, quite disgusting and the pullout sofa bed had wrappers and a ton of crumbs. A more thorough cleaning and a trip to home goods to replace blinds and bed quilts would be wise. It wouldn’t cost much and would have made our vacation perfect!

Location is incredible, we didn’t have to drive our whole stay. The cottage is a bit off the street which is great for privacy. It’s so well decorated and I hope to stay there again!

We really enjoyed the location of this house! It was super cute for a girls trip and we really enjoyed how close it was to the beach, shopping and restaurants- right in the heart of town! Thank you for an amazing stay!

The location is amazing. VRBO listing does not specify that parking is off-site a decent distance away which was challenging with young kids (3 year old and 8 month old)- we learned the day before leaving that parking meters weren’t on until May 1st which would have been great to know ahead of time as we would have street parked right across from the house. The cottage was super clean. Coldwell Banker made check in/out really easy and addressed any concerns quickly. Only other note would be to agree with the previous review that mattresses are pretty stiff but ok for short duration, and that being a beach cottage it was challenging to regulate the heat upstairs vs downstairs. Overall it was a great stay and the cottage is in a fantastic location.

This cottage was perfect for a girls weekend (6 people). It would probably be too tight with anymore. It was clean and in walking distance to everything we needed- the beach, shops and restaurants! The beds weren’t the most comfortable- but we were only there for 2 nights so it wasn’t unbearable for our length of stay.
