ACCOMMODATION AND LAYOUT Ground Floor The double height entrance hall leads to the left into an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with the covered terrace, patio and pool straight ahead and a sitting room with TV to the right. French windows open into the garden from both areas. The living area comprises a traditional Majorcan canopied seating area around an open fireplace, providing an ideal place to relax. A large oak dining table seats eight to ten people. There is a shower room that communicates with the pool and dining area. The large kitchen, with Corian worktops, is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a plumbed-in steam oven, electric oven, Gaggenau two-ring gas hob, two-ring electric hob, electric barbecue, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, juicer etc. There is a separate larder with dishwasher, large fridge, chiller, freezer and ice maker. A utility room at the end of the terrace houses the washing machine and dryer.
