The spacious kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and allows you to be a culinary genius with plenty of counter space to prep your most famous dishes. The made for entertaining living area looks out onto the pool deck outside where you can relax, take a dip in the pool or entertain all in the privacy of your completely fenced backyard. - EVENT FEE: LET US KNOW CLEARLY BEFORE TIME OF BOOKING. Parties or events has to be disclosed prior to making the reservation, possibly allowed for an event fee based on the number of people and cars. There were 8 of us that stayed at this house. Very large and spacious with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. There is a drip and K-cup coffee maker. The drip was broken and we got a new one the next day. The way to get in could have been explained better but easily called for help. Very responsive to our requests. It was neat but seemed need a deeper clean: crumbs on couch, dirty dishes in dishwasher, dryer lint trap was overflowing. Sheets and towels were worn. The pool and fire pit were great, along with TVs in every bedroom. Living space was great for us to congregate. Felt safe in neighborhood and gated house. Pickleball courts within walking distance. I would stay there again knowing the concerns.

Great house! Seemed more like a party house than a house for families. We had some plumbing issues (toilet backed up into showers) and a tumble in a broken chair (No broken bones).

Five of us stayed in this house for a NFL weekend, with 5 bedrooms and plenty of washroom. Very big house with all you need. We asked in advance to preheat the pool and wow, it was perfect and quite warm. Access and communication was easy with the manager. On top of this, I forgot my airpod onsite after leaving and aigain, communication was easy and they will ship them back to me. Great!

The property from the outside looks a bit run down. The inside was nice and the backyard/pool area was unique. The neighborhood was quiet during the day but strangely active at night. I sprained my ankle on a small unmarked step that leads into the porch. There's another small concrete "ramp" that leads to the front door that several of my friends almost injured themselves on. The lip and the ramp are both painted dark gray and the lighting at night is non existent. This was brought to the attention of the property manager who seemed apologetic but non too worried. The two weeks of rehabbing my ankle after weren't fun. Overall the property served its purpose but we won't be staying again should we find a need to stay in North Miami again.

It was averagely cleaned but the beds and pillows were old and not comfortable and the towels look and feel to be many years old. Cheap toiletries provided and paper thin toilet paper.

Everything that is listed for the property is true to the exact letter, me and my buddies used the property for the day so we could just talk and relax. Communication with the property owners was great. I would highly recommend this to anyone with a big group or family trying to spend so time away from work or home.

The property is beautiful! The property manager is a sweet lady. After that, beware of the owner and cleaning crew. As soon as I booked this non refundable trip, i got a message from the owner wanting to know how many people including infants were staying there. I let him know the number that was the same as what I put in the booking. Then he asked if we would have any visitors. I said maybe, because we were in town for a cruise and would meet up with our other party. He then tried to charge me an additional gathering fee. I said, absolutely not we would meet elsewhere. He offered to knock it down to half if i paid immediately. Again, the answer was no. When I returned from my cruise, i had a large charge on my CC of a scratch on a dresser that they can't even tell me what room it was in. I tried to give them a chance to reverse the charges before having my CC company remove them. Ridiculous! As a side note, the property manager keep apologizing for the way the owner was being. She was embarrassed he was charging me that much for something that wasn't even damaged. How many other people had this guy tried to do this to?

The property is a very beautiful one. Our family enjoyed the pool and the amenities. The property was clean taken well care off. The only issue I had was random people showing up during our stay insisting to tour the property while we were there. They said they had approval from the owner. We did not appreciate random people showing up unannounced to tour a place we were staying at.

My family and I stayed here after returning from a 4 day cruise and it was so lovely. The kids definitely enjoyed the pool. Quiet neighborhood. This home looks exactly like the pictures. Very spacious, quiet, and clean. 10 out of 10 I will be booking again.

Actually the best experience we have ever had with a rental home - cannot recommend it enough! It started with the really clear communication with the host who answered us in minutes and offered to send someone over if anything was wrong. The house itself is BEAUTIFUL and SO CLEAN. We felt so comfortable, the kitchen was great for our big group and had a lot of amenities, the bedrooms were super comfortable, and the pool was preheated for us for free. Basically all of this plus the amazing location made it such a great experience. Thank you for hosting us!!
