Location and size.

Went to a Braves game and this location is excellent for that. Less than a 10 minute walk to the Battery. Once we arrived we didn’t need to move our vehicle until we were heading home.

If I had to ding this place on anything the mattresses were not real good. You get queens in both bedrooms but they seemed to be older memory foam and we felt like we were sleeping with our upper bodies lower than our legs because we were sinking down.

Nicely decorated, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, wonderful bathrooms! The convenience to the Battery can't be overstated. We walked over twice to go to a show at the Roxy and to eat a great steak dinner. The view of the lake was very nice on the patio and we never heard any noise inside the apartment. Very quiet.

The fold-down futon couch in the living room is not really made for an adult over 5 feet. Just fyi, if someone wants to use it as extra sleeping room besides the 2 bedrooms. The bedrooms are roomy though and could easily accommodate a blow up mattress for extra sleeping space.

I love the location of this property. It is very convenient to restaurants, shopping, and night life. This location is not far from downtown Atlanta which is very popular in Georgia. The area was quiet which means no disrupting while getting rest.

I had no complaints with the property. It is an apartment. So other than your normal issues if you’ve ever lived in an apartment, the property is perfect for quick or long stays.

The aesthetic and how welcoming the environment was

The only complaint is the ants but I know that the location has a lot to do with it and it was in the complex not the actual apartment room

The place was great!! It’s so well taken care of and decorated. The host were always so friendly on our text.
