The kitchen was expanded a few years ago and has plenty of room. So does the dining table, with seating for 12. Plus, there are a dozen more chairs on the back porch, just outside the door. The rear downstairs covered porch has a swing and a half dozen rockers. A grouping of chairs on the front porch overlooks the 16th green for afternoon cocktails. And the ground floor porch has a swing, love seat and Adirondacks for another getaway haven. The downstairs master bedroom has a king bed and adjoining bath and opens to the back deck.
