Or, in the winter, grab your gear and hit the slopes at Camelback Ski Resort and Big Boulder Mountain! The space: At our cozy home, we provide our guests with all the needed amenities to have a worry-free adventure-filled vacation. Our home is tastefully decorated and meticulously maintained. Bedroom 1: King Bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom 2: 1 Full Bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom 5: 2 Twin beds and a full over full Bunk Bed (sleeps 4). Living room pull-out sofa bed: sleeps 2 The kitchen is well-equipped w/refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishware/flatware, stove/oven, cooking basics & spices, regular coffee maker & Keurig, blender and toaster. Family Entertainment room: flat-screen TV with, 2 arcade machines, and poker table. GENERAL: Keyless entry, linens/towels, complimentary toiletries, A/C units, washer & dryer, hair dryer, hangers, trash bags/paper towels Kindly please bring your own washcloth. We may provide some for your use. FAQ: Outdoor 2 step staircase required to enter the front of the house. Additional stairs required to access living room area (side of the house). We just finished our inaugural "Family Getaway", and were fortunate enough to have had found Evelyn Rodriguez's property on Vrbo. It offered all the sleeping accomodations we needed. The property is situated close to tons of winter activities. While we didn't have any snow, Evelyn's community offered in-door pool facilities, which our grandchildren LOVED. Layout of the home allowed for kids to enjoy themselves in the game room while the youngest could sleep in peace on the upper floor. The property offered a wonderfully large yard foe kids to burn off energy. We would definitely be interested in this property, for an annual getaway, moving forward.

It was an absolutely great experience to stay at this comfortable, VERY clean house with great amenities and beautiful decorations. It has comfy beds, fluffy towels, soft sheets and a game room and outdoor deck that had the entire family entertained. There are more rooms in the house that are not listed that made our stay super comfortable. The host was fantastic and very responsive. We will definitely make this our annual vacation home. Thank you Evelyn for being so accommodating!!

Overall it was a comfortable place to stay. The one shower was not working when we were there, but the host tried her best to help us. We made due with the one. There are a lot of rooms and plenty of space.
