If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Our family of nine came hear and we fell in love with the place. It became our home away from home. We love the location. Everything was close by. We loved the pool, the kids enjoyed swimming in the afternoons. We loved the peaceful atmosphere of the house, itself. We hope to come back soon.

The house was just perfect for the 4 of us. Conveniently located to fun restaurants and the beach. It was clean and very quiet. Beds were comfy and the living room was nice. We did cook a few meals and had all the utensils we needed. We also used the grill. All was very good. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again or to recommend the property.

Pictures of the property are not accurate. This is an old house that needs a lot of renovation. I do not recommend this place.

The house were perfect for us. It was just a short drive down to the public beach where our kids attended surf camp each day and a close commute to our families homes. The pool was a great spot for the kids to cool off after camp each day. We plan on booking again next summer.

I enjoyed my stay and the house was great everything is well distributed. The only thing I recommend to the rental company in charge of this property is to fumigate once a week. I had to kill roaches everyday

My husband, children and I stayed here to visit family in the area. The house was lovely, we relaxed by the pool, visited bathtub beach and the Indian river park children's museum. It's close to restaurants and stores, we even got a target delivery the night we got in!

Location just as advertised, great location, quiet neighborhood and everything you need to have a good time. Backyard was private with not only a pool but a good bbq and nice sitting areas. Owner was very helpful and communative.

We have stayed at this charming cottage two years in a row now and we continue to be happy. This time we did notice that the property could use a little refurbishing but it didn't change our opinion about the choice we made. The location is great and convenient to everything. The pool continues to be the main hit with my kids.

I love Jensen Beach. This place is fantastic. The location is excellent. There are great restaurants nearby. Having access to a pool was lifesaving with the children. Enjoyed it so much that I extended my stay a few additional days. Definitely will book again.

My husband, dog and extended family stayed at the Jensen Beach house for a full week. Though the house could use a little updating the location is fantastic and within easy walking to restaurants & a great seafood market. The pool was our main focus & didn’t disappoint. Kitchen was well stocked, lots of beach towels and plenty of extras. Communication with owner was a breeze.

We had the privilege of staying at this property for 3 weeks. It was just as listed. There was plenty of room for everyone. The beds were comfortable. Our dogs enjoyed their daily walks to downtown. We spent the days at the local beaches and then came home to sit in the pool! Kitchen was nicely equipped, maybe could have used a few more settings of silverware.The owner was very responsive to text messages. She was able to get us a poop scoop and bags to help with ease of picking up after our pups. The only thing I wish I could change…… VRBO RENTAL POLICY…… I went to rent this exact property for the same weeks next year and was told it was already rented. I was not expecting that since I had just booked this home in October. If I had know That policy, I would have booked it last fall for March of 2023. Teffeny, please keep me posted if anything changes:)

Beach cottage great for a month getaway for digital nomads and our pups. Location was perfect, walking distance from 2 parks, the downtown with a weekly art fair, a fresh fish market a block away and the perfect dog walking path along the river.

We were in town for my son's sailing regatta and this was an excellent place to base out of. Very large, well equipped and easy to get to. We would return next time we need to be in Jensen Beach.

The photos in the listing don’t do the property justice, it is so much better in person! Great location close to everything. Very clean and comfortable with all of the amenities you could ever need. Pool and backyard are fantastic. We hope to visit again soon!

This house is in a perfect spot. We rented it to go fishing but the 2nd day we weren't able to fish but this place is just minutes walking distance from all of the Hotspots for eating, drinking, live music, and shopping. We never seen any of the neighbors but they were there, very and quiet peaceful neighborhood.

Our family enjoyed very minute of our Mimi vacation. The house was great, clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our big group. Beaches were close by. Restaurants and grocery store was always very close. Pool and patio desk were perfect. We highly recommend this house and town.
