Staff ,Facilities ,unauthorised hotel in Residential building .

Travelled with family and booked 2 rooms. Well maintained modern service apartment close to the Amanora Park Town area. Neat and clean. Good for a 3-5 days family or individual stay. Location is peace full at the same time close to all amenities. Breakfast (south indian) is outsourced but good. You can get your clothes washed/dried for an extra price. The house care taker was very courteous and helpfull. Easily accessible by ola/uber from all over pune.
The facility of hot water geyser in the bathrooms can be improved.

Property owner also very soft spoken
There's no attached washroom
You have to use common toilet outside the room
No key were provided although I found safe.
Considering these factor, price was bit higher, as there are property between 900 to 1200 range with attached washroom

The room is inside a flat and the bathroom outside the room. The caretaker lives in the hall... Felt very awkward to stay with a family
