Emplacement très bien, très propre félicitations au personnel pour l’entretien,

Dommage que le personnel de l’accueil, aucun sourire et on a l’impression de les déranger, c’est désolant d’avoir des hôtesses aussi tristes,si on les dérange à chaque sortie qu’elles laissent la porte ouverte, par contre les garçons de la sécurité sont plus sociables, et un grand regret pour le restaurant, on a déjeuné une seule fois car ils n’ont rien à nous proposer que c’est dommage d’avoir un si bel établissement et de ne pas y travailler

I liked the location, complex is beautiful and nice and secure and face recognition to enter. In the studio, I enjoyed the bed, shower pressure, ability to wash clothes and cook. Gibson was responsive as needed and in general a nice host.

This was my second time at Embassy. The studio ambiance was not as nice this time. Items were missing (like ironing board cover for example). The wifi was spotty throughout, and the first day of cooking a pot had old food that molded inside so my partner and I had to deep clean dishes before using. We had one issue that was never resolved with belongings, so that was unfortunate. The housekeepers kept only giving us 1 towel, and I was tired of asking so bought my own. My first time was exceptional, so it was easy to notice areas that were lacking this stay. We paid almost $1000, so honestly didn't get the full Luxury experience to match what was paid.

Very good gym. Pool area is beautiful to relax. Nice cafe/restaurant.

I didn’t get a balcony room as reserved. However I was refunded a little bit for the inconvenience. The security at the front desk was not very polite.

Small room (not as advertised a quadruplice wit 2 beds 40m2, but a 1 bed room20m2). I had to share the bed with another adult, which was not cool). And only 1 towel, we asked for another, it never came.
