Two queen beds in one bedroom were actually twin beds. Otherwise, the owners went above and beyond when our original booking was unfortunately trashed and damaged by previous visitors. We really appreciate the upgrade. It was a great stay. Would do this again.

The check in process went smoothly. The house was up to expectations & as pictured. There were 13 of us, 1 infant in a bassinet & 1 toddler in a pack n play, both of which we brought along. We were all very comfortable. There was enough seating for us all to be comfortable in the living room, as well as seats & table space in the kitchen. The property manager was prompt & courteous when we reached out. Would stay here again, if in the area!

The property wasnt as nice as the ad states, it wasnt as clean as we expected. The outdoor furniture in the pictures is not what is there, the grass was so long in the back yard and there were many piles of dog feces left from previous dogs. We found water bottles under the couch not from us. The dishwasher flooded the kitchen, the garage they offered us to park in had a mystery liquid on one side spilled, was very dirty and full of garbage and leaves.

Bedroom 1 - accurate. Two queen beds Bedroom 2 - accurate. One king bed Bedroom 3 - inaccurate. No king bed, one twin bed Bedroom 4 - inaccurate. No king bed, one twin bed and 1 bunk twin bed. Outside of that, no complaints. Easy access to downtown and UK. Fast enough internet to stream television and use multiple devices.

We loved the centralized location based on where we were traveling within Kentucky. The home smelled a little of smoke and must, but overall was pleasing. The floors were quite dirty, and the kitchen appliances were not clean either. We were a bit disappointed about the outdoor furniture not being there since it was in the pictures that we looked at when we originally booked. There was also no wood for the firepit...something to maybe add in between guests. I think that the number of guests that could stay was a bit overestimated. We ended up with 10 people, and originally we booked it under the premise it could sleep around 13-14 people...that would have never worked if we had all the original number of guests come with us. Might want to rethink that number on the posting...even 13 would have been tight, unless people were supposed to sleep on the couches. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, but just thought you might want to know how to improve a little. Thank you!

This property was a comfortable fit for 6 adults and 5 kids under 12. We appreciated the beautiful backyard and quiet neighborhood close to Kentucky Horse Park. It was a quick, easy drive over to KHP which was perfect for us. Lots of other amenities available in easy driving distance

the location was perfect for what we needed.
