Other Things to Note: House Rules. No Smoking Inside. Be kind to the neighbors. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Any violation of the house rules are subject for eviction and $1000 fine. Our check-in time is 4pm check out is 10 am. There are no exceptions to this rule unless previously agreed upon with the host. There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. Please, at all times, be mindful of the neighbors and homes around you. Disclaimer- We have one EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. PETS- This property welcomes well-behaved pets and their responsible owners. There is a pet fee per stay. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a pet. The yard is fully fenced and the neighborhood is great for walks. Guests are responsible for picking up after their pets. Evidence of excessive pet waste or damage is subject to a fine. Interaction with Guests: You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary.
