1. HORRIBLE STAIRS- The owner claims that, he mentioned on booking.com, but I didn't found anywhere about four floors stair and no lift, so may be he mentioned where no one sees. I was highly disappointed with the stairs. It's not at all just stairs. It's four floors to climb and in complete darkness, that too very risky due to narrow and slippery. The stair passage is completely dark due to completely enclosed and no sunlight. There's light which closes in every one minute and then it's again complete darkness. There's a button on every floor which is needed to press everytime. And, when you've to take luggage with you and you are on middle of stairs and the lights get off, you become completely blind and can't find the light switch easily and the luggage also can't be left on stairs. You have to be very very careful with the situation because you can even fall down with luggage or slip or anything that's too risky. The passage of stair is also narrow. It's broad only at ground level, after that it's narrow. For above average person it's not easy. 2. Small Bathroom - In pictures you may feel it's big but the bathroom is very small (suffocating). The shower cabin is like you are in coffin. Just stand still. And if you open the doors the floor becomes wet. 3. No staff at all, no body meets you. It's self check-in and self check-out and later you get list of policies and rules. 4. The owner Mr. Iwan don't recieve calls and on WhatsApp, he replies long times later, means till then either you drop or manage the situation. The stairs are really a big disappointment. Even if the property is vintage, the owner should be very transparent with the Guests to take their own responsible decision. Also, the owner can provide porter service with either bearing the charge or by giving option of porter service with charges to guests.

Great location, very quiet considering the location, lovely apartment, clean and had everything one needs. Clear and easy communication with the property manager. We enjoyed our stay!

The apartment is spacious and in a great location in the old town. The owner was helpful and responsive to messages.

Very comfortable and centrally located. We had all amenities we wanted (laundry, coffee machine, large tv with netflix). Host was also very helpful and responsive

Loved the location and ample kitchen facilities! Check-in/out was fuss-free and instructions provided were clear for us.

Do note that there'll be quite a few flights of stairs to climb to get to the accomodation so for those with heavy luggages, be prepared for a workout ;)
