Gorgeous hotel

Modern clean well laid out, beautiful interior and exterior design Breakfast was good Excellent view of the Zambezi Loved that they provide a boat cruise at a very reasonable price with unlimited drinks, including alcohol and finger foods

The arbitrary pricing for drinks and some of the food, yes it’s a tourist destination but it’s rather extortionate Throughout our stay the shower water was luke warm even after alerting the front desk Also requested a birthday package of cake and bubbly, requested a reasonably priced bottle but received a higher end bottle (being charged at club prices) Couldn’t return it in fear of ruining a special moment.

Perfect location. Perfect for relaxation.

Everything! The resort was relaxing, comfortable and luxurious. The pool, restaurant and bar were great and the staff was amazing! Set along the Zambezi river, this resort was just everything and more.

Very relaxed, enjoyable and extremely comfortable stay for 3 nights.

Staff were lovely. Comfort in room. Location on the Zambezi River. Relaxed open area in hotel lounge bar area. Great pool area and comfortable lounges.

Would have been great to have bikes to hire in hotel. We hired outside the hotel.

It was wonderful

We found the location nd setting wonderful. The boat used for the sunset cruise was comfortable, clean and so much fun. The staff are AMAZING!!! Always smiling and friendly, always happy to help - I can't express this more.

Prices for drinks, food, and activities are far too high for people travelling from surrounding countries. I understand one can expect higher prices, but one can't expect "locals" to pay tourist prices aimed at travelers with Dollars, Pounds and euros. Cocktail prices are ridiculous.

Looking forward to going back.

- I enjoyed the view of the river. It was pleasant to relax by the poolside, overlooking the Zambezi River. - Although on the slow side, staff are very friendly, always smiling.

- Waiters around the pool area are a little slow; one has to look for them when lying by the pool area. - The extractor fan in the bathroom was not working. The staff that I alerted did not even offer that we change rooms. - The early morning helicopter tours, detracts from peacefully enjoying the beautiful sounds of nature at that time of day.

Gorgeous hotel and super views!

The location and hotel facilities were excellent. Beautiful sunset cruise that departs from the hotel. Modern and stunning hotel.

We had booked two rooms which needed to be interleading, and our rooms were not ready upon check-in.

Very relaxing

Beautiful hotel on the banks of the river, very close to Vic Falls and Livingston The bed was super comfy, room was very clean Staff were super helpful Outdoor areas were beautiful The spa was fantastic - one of the best massages i have ever received Loads of choice at breakfast

If i had to be picky... The AC in my room wasnt working great the first night so i had to move rooms The hotel has their own boat for sunset cruises but it pulls up right outside the hotel on the river which then blocks the view of the sunset when you are sitting next to the pool Mosquitos but they had spray in the rooms

beautiful and luxurious, but work on the food its very average

The facilities are beautiful, the rooms comfortable, the ambience perfect and the staff friendly

The food is not 5 star, its really boring - breakfast is ok - please get some proper maple syrup - don't serve pancakes without them, otherwise breakfast good... but the rest - average 3 star buffet fare - same every day no variety - the desserts are terrible no one want 10 different types of cake!

Beautiful concept, the chefs and the menus that doesn’t appetite is going to kill the business

The room, housekeepers and reception staff very friendly and the well maintained Swimming pool

The breakfast is terrible, same food that lacks passion from the chefs. The waitresses both from the restaurant and the pool bar are very unfriendly.

One of the best options for staying in Livingston to visit the Falls.

Great location right on the river, one of the few hotels and best price range for that feature. Wonderful views of a beautiful property set on the river with the pool, outside bar and outside dining. Also nice views from our balcony of the river although somewhat blocked by the trees. Everyone on the staff was top-notch and always cheerful and friendly and very eager to assist and provide service.

Well worth it. Modern, over looks the river, mouthwatering food. I would totally stay there again

The hotel standards were high. I loved the sunset boat cruise. The staff were attentive and the food was great.

My husband said when he was sitting by the seats facing the river in the morning, the cleaner began cleaning up, and didn’t greet him or acknowledge his presence. My daughter, on the other hand, said every staff member she met greeted her with a smile.

Very nice setting All the food was excellent Staff well trained Pool area is well laid out and staff excellent SPA is beautiful

Noisy air-conditioners No sanibags or lined bin No quiet area outside to relax. Maybe something away from the pool area wound be nice. Pool area has constant music in addition to the helicopters

I wish I had more time to explore other facilities like the gym, spa and tennis court

The pool was absolutely amazing, thanks to Ernest the Dj and Ernest the lifeguard for putting our minds at ease :). Also thank you to Rethabile and team for pulling off a spectacular surprise birthday dinner for me, it was truly special

Mosquitoes hahahahahaha!!! The menu could really use a proper upgrade, the options were limited and lasagne was not available

My stay was lovely and my mom loved it too. The food was exceptional.

The views and service! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Compliments to the chef because we always forward to the buffet and food.

The overpriced activities. It’s better to ask the locals for a better rate.

Serene Gem Uncovered in Livingston

I loved absolutely every aspect of this beautiful resort, from the inviting ambiance to the sheer bliss and relaxation it offered. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile effortlessly. The food was outstanding, and the facilities were top-notch. Very close to the Vic Falls.

Nothing, everything was perfect, but I was somewhat disappointed that we didn't even receive a card acknowledging our anniversary celebration.

Wonderful hotel!!

It's a new establishment with great facilities, excellent staff, good food, clean and comfortable rooms, with a turndown service, and awesome views of the Zambezi. There is really nothing to fault in terms of the hotel. The sunset cruise was very enjoyable, with tasty snacks and beverages.

We were there over a weekend, and there was loud music from the bar area from 9 in the morning till the evening on Saturday and Sunday. It got a bit too much 😫. Would've been happy if it was perhaps only for a few hours late afternoon into the evening. Would've loved to lie down on the beautiful loungers, read a book, take a nap, listen to the beautiful sounds of nature and take it all in. But the atmosphere was more of a party vibe, which isn't for everyone.

Excellent resort and I highly recommend it for anyone to stay both for business or holiday

The attention to cleanliness of the rooms and the general surrounding and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility includes a play area for children which is very good.

The family rooms accommodate very few people which is not very ideal if one wishes to travel with family for holiday. Considering increasing the space for family travellers would be an excellent idea.

It was a lovely stay

I enjoyed my stay, it was a wonderful experience - right from checking in, I was received very warmly. The beds are comfy, the room service was fantastic and efficient even when making late night food orders. Breakfast had a very good spread with fresh food always. I also enjoyed the spa treatments. I will definitely be staying at Radisson again.
