The facilities of the property were very good. In good location, quiet and comfortable. Beach a short walk away and two good pubs that serve food nearby on the Main Street.

The property does have some maintenance issues. Broken blind in the Bathroom that needs replacing. Not repairable. Wardrobe draw broken that needs fixing and some of the deco is looking a bit tired in areas. The dinning room had a smell of Damp which we were informed on the day of arrival by email. This room was unusable and we had to keep the door closed due to the smell.

The outside is needing a bit of a tidy

Lovely little cottage with excellent facilities, close to a decent pub and well placed for access to the beach and local towns.

Minor maintenance issues with the bathroom blind, shower rail and door lock. Parking on local roads nearby.
