This spacious home is located right on the Chatham/ Harwich line allowing you to enjoy all that both towns have to offer! On the main floor you will find 2 large bedrooms with(2) Queen beds in each room. The second floor also includes(3) Full beds as well as(1) sleeper sofa. A short distance away from the main residence is a bunk house that sleeps 3 and includes a twin over full bed bunk bed (listed as bedroom #4). Please note - the bunk house is available for seasonal use only from May to September. House is equipped with central air (window unit in bunk house).This home is a Saturday-Saturday listing. About the house: The house is located just minutes to the closest beach, and downtown Chatham. Fresh bedding included; we ask guests to bring your own towels for use during your stay. A Weber gas grill has been provided for your use, as well as a well stocked kitchen including: Microwave, Gas Range, Fridge, Keurig, cookware and grilling tools. Our large deck is a perfect space to escape the sun and cuddle up with a good book, or evening cocktail. A solo bonfire pit is provided for evening entertainment! An outdoor shower is provided for use during your stay. The main house is equipped with Central Air; and a window AC unit is provided to cool the bunk house space. 400 mbps internet included, as well as YouTube TV. We are happy to accommodate longer term rentals (if interested) for extended vacations.
