House Rules: No smoking inside the house; a $250 fine will be imposed for violations. The number of guests on-premises must not exceed the booked occupancy; a $200 fine per person will apply otherwise. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, please be respectful of neighbors. The primary renter must provide a valid government ID, phone number, and address. If any guest is under 21 years old, the primary renter must be 25 years old or older. · Lost and Found We regret that we cannot be held responsible for lost belongings. A handling fee of at least $100 will apply for returning requested items, with shipping and packaging charged at cost. Items will be held for 5 days before being donated at management discretion. · Checkout Policy: · Late checkout is not permitted to accommodate our cleaners' schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time.
