The location was excellent, Breakfast was basic, but for a room-only accommodation lovely it was provided, with coffee. I have to have coffee, and I really appreciated it. Beautiful very comfortable bed. Nice to be able to control the temperature of the room. All the kitchen crockery and cutlery were excellent. Very spacious. Easy to access.

For such a large apartment, it was a shame the bathroom and especially the shower was so small. It would have been nice to have a relaxing bath after a long day's travel and work. The shower could do with a shelf to hold shampoo etc.. Hard to bend down to pick things up in such a small space. But very clean and well looked after. As there were amazing beds to accommodate three people, perhaps a small dining table to enjoy a nice meal together as opposed to the breakfast table for two. As mentioned before, the spacious size of the apartment could readily accommodate this.

We had a wonderful night in Hinckley! The studio was in the perfect location. Walkable to train station and the town. Our hosts were very accommodating.

Ideally located just an 8 minute walk from Ballet Theatre UK where my daughter was attending a summer school. Free parking and close to restaurants/shops etc. The flat was spacious with comfortable beds, very clean with thoughtful extras - toiletries, tea/coffee/cereal/milk/juice and biscuits. Very good value for money. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

What a wonderful place to stay. Our host was very welcoming on arrival. That apartment was lovely and clean. Every little detail was thought of. Breakfast cereal was included. Best nights sleep I have had in years. Beautiful garden to relax in. Definitely recommend

Lovely studio with everything you could need for a trip away. The owners are lovely and couldn't be more accommodating. I felt really homely and comfy!

Nice to have tea/coffee, biscuits and breakfast provisions provided. It was bright, comfortable and quiet and a good location with train station and restaurants just a short walk away.

No wifi, which is surprising today a drawback if you are on a business trip. Plus the shower room was small and needed a good spring clean to remove what looked to be fairly established dust/cobwebs at ceiling height! Clearly an oversight given the cleanliness of the studio otherwise.
