The hotel is in a great location, right in front of Guiba Lake and near BarraShoppingSul mall. The breakfast is okay, but it could offer more options for people with allergies, like gluten-free choices.
The rooms were unfortunately quite noisy, and even when I requested a room change once, I found that the noise from neighboring rooms persisted. The overall finishing of the hotel, particularly the walls, was subpar, as sound seemed to travel easily from all sides. I also had an issue with the fridge and reported it, but despite someone coming to address the problem, it wasn't resolved properly. The persistent noise in the room made it challenging to get a good night's sleep. Furthermore, I noticed that the pool and washrooms were not as clean as I would have expected. Overall, the cleanliness of the room itself was only at a basic level.

A localização é linda
Quando fiz a reserva tinha feito para um quarto com varanda (mais caro). Quando recebi a confirmação de reserva não apareceu essa informação. Perguntei aqui pelo app e informaram que não era essa a minha reserva. Foi bem estressante passar por isso e até chegar no hotel não tinha sido resolvido. Quando cheguei o atendente do local também ficou questionando e só pq não estavam ocupados os quartos eles liberaram um quarto com varanda. Não era o que tinha reservado mas tinha varanda. Achei a forma como lidaram com o problema (que não era meu) muito ruim. Por se tratar de hotel com o nome que tem e o valor que cobram pelos serviços, se imagina que teriam um atendimento muito melhor. Outro aspecto bem complicado foi a piscina não estar limpa em plena temporada de verão. Simplesmente não foi possível tomar banho. Decepcionante.

Solo un giovane ragazzino parlava in inglese, con tutti gli altri si comunicava a gesti. Io parlo 4 lingue e in una struttura così di livello, questi decisamente NON puo capitare!

Os aptos são completos, POREM , o banheiro é praticamente dentro do quarto , ainda com vidro que se enxerga a pia , sem privacidade, sem porta. Se ouve qq barulho vindo da privada... Projeto absurdo.

Hotel é lindo, vista maravilhosa. Vale a pena a hospedagem. Café da manha é ótimo, mas tinha muita gente no horário que fomos, pois também é aberto ao público.
O preço pagamos muito elevado. Fomos realmente só para dormir, fizemos um checkin muito tarde (reservamos no dia mesmo) acho que os hoteis em geral poderiam ter uma política de valores mais atrativos nesses casos. O checkin começava as 14h, entramos as 20h, checkout, o mesmo para todos.

El hotel es nuevo y el desayuno excelente
La recepción no era cómoda. La atención de la recepcionista no fue la adecuada. El ascensor no funcionaba y teníamos que subir por escaleras 7 pisos. No nos brindó ayuda de ningún tipo para subir las valijas. Por otra parte no recibimos ningún tipo de resarcimiento del hotel. Debimos pagar la tarifa full price cuando no pudimos usar completamente las instalaciones por lo andar los ascensores.

Quarto confortável e bem higienizado
Na chegada, subimos de escada pois o elevador esta em manutenção, ninguém ajudou com as malas.
1h em fila de espera para o cafe da manha. Quando conseguimos, nao tinha reposição (péssimo atendimento e saímos com fome, fomos tomar cafe da manha em outro loca - mais custo).
Diária de 1000 reais (logo Hilton) e atendimento ridículo.
Hotel nao preparado para lotaçao, hóspedes revoltados e pouquissimos funcionários.

Hotel moderno, tudo novinho, localização fantástica.
Peguei quarto com varanda mas a vista quase impossível. Muro super alto, um banco virado de costas p o por do sol. Não é de frente p o lago não. O telhado do shopping todo aparente nesta vista. Sacada totalmente sem graça.
Piscina com tratamento inadequado. Água verde e com cheiro de alga. Bar da piscina sem ninguém p atender. Precisamos chamar p sermos atendidos.
Avisei que era aniversário do meu marido e não recebemos nem menção sobre isso.
Difícil achar o manobrista para entregar o carro na chegada. Nenhuma informação…
Ainda estão perdidos na administração do hotel.

A localização é excelente. A recepção é bem calorosa e o café da manhã é maravilhoso! Quarto aconchegante com comodidades de banho da Boticário.
As cortinas black-out não cobrem totalmente as janelas. O isolamento acústico do quarto poderia ser melhor. No mais, nada que atrapalhe muito a estadia.

Café da manhã somente a partir das 06:30, tínhamos que sair as 06:20 não pudemos tomar café ( dia de semana teria que ser mais cedo). Não tinha opção de solicitar mais cedo no quarto, bem pagando.
Ar condicionado um pouco barulhento. QRCODE para solicitar cardápio não funcionava. Módulo de comando do ar condicionado estava solto, tinha que insistir até mudar a temperatura.

Eles me cobraram um extra de 10% não previsto no contrato e mais 5% quando o contrato dizia que todas as taxas já estavam inclusas. Pedi o ressarcimento que até agora não chegou. Muito antipática essa atitude.
Os quartos são novos, mas muito mal iluminado. armarios muito estreitos que mal cabem um cabide na horizontal. cama boa, café da manhã excelente.

Optei em me hospedar neste hotel para desfrutar de máximo conforto independente de preço. Chegando ao mesmo, além de ter sido cobrado mais caro do que me foi ofertado, ainda passei por vários tipos de inconvenientes.
Optamos por um apartamento de qualidade superior luxo com cama e vista diferenciada, ao chegar lá nos acomodaram nos quartos dos fundos.
Ainda sim, ficamos por 3 dias sempre sem limpeza nem arrumação no apartamento e tendo que pedir reposição de toalhas e sabonetes diariamente, pois não eram repostos. Por fim, tentamos usar a piscina que no anúncio dizia ser aquecida e a mesma não era, a sauna estava quebrada e sem prazo de retorno às atividades e mesmo com todos esses inconvenientes ainda ao fim da estadia, me foi cobrado uma taxa de serviço!

O hotel é muito bem localizado, com uma vista privilegiada de Porto Alegre, e próximo de dois shoppings. A cama é muito confortável, tanto pelo seu tamanho quanto pela roupa de cama. O café da manhã estava ótimo, mas senti falta de opções que representassem mais Porto Alegre e a região.
Os travesseiros são um pouco moles demais, dando um leve torcicolo dependendo de como se dorme, e por mais que fossem 4 travesseiros, os 4 eram iguais, o que não resolveu muito o problema. O banheiro tem uma arquitetura muito estranha, todo aberto e sem ventilação adequada, não é feito para quem precisa de privacidade. A sauna tem um grande problema na minha visão, porque sua porta dá em uma corrente forte de ar, o que não é convidativo para tempos frios. Recomendaria fazer uma saída para área fechada.

O hotel é simplesmente lindo. A vista é sensacional, ter pedido um quarto com vista com certeza valeu muito a pena. A equipe é super atenciosa e o café da manhã é o melhor que já tomei. Me hospedei para comemorar meu aniversário e ganhei até um bolo delicioso de presente. Acabei sendo pedida em casamento dentro do nosso quarto, de tão lindo que era.

Amazing view of the lake, one of kind sunset. Just few minutes always from lots of options for dining and a long beautiful water front sport track busy with cheerful people.
The receptionist was very apathetic and all we have was a robotic welcoming.
