The condo was double booked and I was unable to stay. Drove 6 hours and had family fly in to meet us and my confirmed booking was doubled booked.

View, access to. Beach
Lighting---patio light did not work, remote for living room ceiling did not work, lock for patio from living did not work, confusing to have to use two different remotes for living TV. ALL OF these minor inconveniences. The number of emails from Vacasa and booking.com, the number of different forms to sign and confusion about HOA cost and many attachments did not work-
-too many emails is not good communication. The email process is poor.

very well maintained and was perfect for us! beaches were amazing!

Appreciated having a view of the ocean. The code was up to date and nice.
They said I could check out at 11:00, but that was not communicated to the cleaning staff and they threw a bunch of my food out
