Exceptional Value for Money

The place exceeds expectations. It's really great value for money. The flat is spotless clean and very cozy. Mr. Mohammed was very welcoming and attentive with an almost immediate response. The sofas and the mattresses are super comfy. Every single detail that you may need is available. The view is amazing from all rooms. Honestly the best flat in Alexandria I have ever rented. Will definitely be my choice every time I visit Alexandria.

Would do it again without hesitation.

Everything about this property is great! The best part is the view! There’s something about being right on the Mediterranean that’s exceptional. I wish we spent more time there. Literally in the middle of the best part of Alexandria’s coastline. Suzan was super attentive to our needs. Muhammed was the epitome of professional and courteous. Both were quite flexible with our late check-in and early check-out times. Rooms were very clean, as were the towels and linens. Only pleasant surprises. Again the view, breeze, sunrise and sunset are second to none. Place looks like it was completely updated recently. Everything is clean and fresh. Like proper.

The bathroom is only slightly less updated as the rest of the space but is still absolutely fine. Shower water pressure is not as strong as we are used to but seems to be the case everywhere we go in Egypt. We were missing a battery (oddly) in one of the TV remotes but Muhammad took care of that as soon as we mentioned it to him. There is an elevator in the building but you have to go up some steps to get to it first. Something to consider if you have elderly with you. But completely manageable. You do hear the cars below but you are so high up and the windows do a good job of insulating sound. However if you’re a very light sleeper you can still hear them. Easy to forget when you look out the window.

كانت ممتعة ولن تنسى و بحول الله ستتكرر

المكان والإطلالة لا يمكن نسيانها ،،، منظر يفتح النفس لأي شي ،، الشقة نظيفة بمعنى الكلمة و الأثاث نظيف و رائحة الفرش واضح انهم مهتمين و بينغسل… الحمام نظيف جدا وبه شطاف و سخان و مناشف و مناديل ،،، الاستاذ محمد فتحي محترم من الآخر و متعاون في كل ما تحتاجه ،،، حارس العمارة كذلك متعاون و يجيب لك كل اللي تحتاجه في الرسلات والخ ،،، الموقع ممتاز جدا و قريب من 90٪؜ من الاحتياجات ،،، الشقة بها تكييف و واي فاي . ويوجد مطبخ متكامل و كاوية بالبخار ،،، من يستأجر الشقة لن يندم اطلاقاً

احد الغرف لايوجد بها تكييف ( غير ضروري في الاجواء الشتوية ) لكن ربما في الصيف يكون ضرورة ،، سيراميك الحمام ربما يحتاج لتجديد ،، غرف النوم والحمام ليس بها قفل ولا مفاتيح مما يسبب الاحراج سواء مع العايلة او الأصدقاء

Beautiful, clean and value for money.

- Mohamed met and assisted us and was very helpful at all times. - The room was very clean when we received it. - All amenities we needed was there. Had a smart tv on all rooms. - Internet was good. - Beach view from the room. - Upon entering the building "which wasn't an eye candy" we were surprised with how lovely the apartment is. - Safe area.

- It would have been amazing if the 2 rooms had air-conditioning.

Lovely stay by the sea at Sidi Bishr

Almost the perfect stay in Alexandria for its price. Despite minor negligible downsides, it still is an excellent option in all ways. Host is amazing. Parking is available for a reasonable price. Building access adequate.

Despite being at the 9th floor, street noise was extremely high. Only advise is to apply double glazed windows for the latter. Also one bathroom in an apartment that accommodates 4 residents is a challenge for families with kids.

A beautiful apartment with great hosts!

The apartment is truly beautiful. Also the hosts, Mohammed and Susan, gave the best service and made sure I was happy and comfortable my whole stay and that everything was always provided for the guests.

Wonderfull experience.

The view is really amazing! The house is so clean, spatious, nice decor and it includes everything you might need. I preferred at some point to just stay in the house and enjoy the view. The host Mr Mohamed is very decent and helpful.

Beautiful, clean, and an astonishing view.

Beautiful & clean, and it looked exactly like the photos/video. the view of the Mediterranean sea is astonishing. The apartment provides everything you need (even kitchen essentials). the host was great. Overall, it was an amazing place to stay! I would highly recommend staying here.

A breath of fresh air

The apartment was extremely comfortable and well-equipped. The space was bright and it offered a splendid view on the Mediterranean sea. The location was strategic to visit Alexandria, and close to good shops and restaurants. The host was extremely caring and attentive.

An excellent stay filled with warmth and care from the hosts...

Lovely, gem of a property....such kind and helpful hosts in Suzan & Mohammed! Excellent facilities...modern and spacious...tastefully decorated apartment, very comfortable beds and bathroom has a geyser for as much hot water as required...and a well equipped kitchen...so, yes if you are looking for a classy place to stay in Alexandria centrally located right by the sea, this has to be right up there...a word on Suzan & Mohammed....they helped us so much with information, even called the bus operator on our behalf (due to the language issue) to finalise some aspects of our trip from Alexandria to Cairo...all in all, we left Egypt thinking how kind and thoughtful people in Egypt are and its in no small measure due to Suzan & Mohammed...
