You can also bring your work here and work in peace in this very spacious four bedroom unit . Also Off the front you have a covered patio with a ceiling fan and the spacious roof top deck with a complete bar top with great views of the bay. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a queen. The third bedroom has a queen. And the fourth bedroom has two twins. The kitchen is A full size with standard size appliances you have the usual comforts of home. This unit also includes a washer and dryer. NOTE # The houseboat is NOT to be moved from its slip. It is a stationary floating cottage. For an additional fee you can bring and dock your boat at the location as well. Just step in your boat dock side and slip away to whatever boating adventure awaits.
