It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. As you walk in the door, you’ll notice the gorgeous dining table and pendant light; look further into the house you’ll see through to the pool with sun lounges to enjoy. There are two living areas in the home. The more formal living area has a large TV and a queen sofa bed in this room should you require additional sleeping quarters. The second living area looks out to the pool and has a comfortable sofa as well as extra-large bean bags for lounging that can be used inside and outside. The pool and backyard feature natural garden beds and decking with an outdoor lounge and sunbeds. Relax by the pool and listen to the gentle sound of golfers on the 8th hole which is located over a natural watercourse at the back of the block. The view out to the golf course is serene, made even more peaceful by the variety of trees and palm trees on adjoining properties. There are 3 generous bedrooms. The spacious main bedroom with a king bed is located at the back of the house and has French doors opening to the back deck and pool area. The second bedroom is at the front of the house and has a split king that can be configured as 2 singles or as a king bed. The third bedroom has a trundle bed and is perfect for children. There is also a fold-out queen sofa bed in the lounge room. The family bathroom features a large walk-in shower, while the second bathroom which is located near the kitchen and dining area, has a shower as well as a washing machine and laundry tub.
