Above average breakfast offerings. Comfortable room. However, the room-darkening screen would not lower and, despite reporting the need for repair several times, it was never repaired and no explanation was given.

Room was clean, beds comfortable, the website stated that breakfast started at 6 am and when we checked in they said it started at 7 am, my daughter had a swim meet that required her to be on deck at 7 am so she did not get to eat like we planned we had to drive around to find something at 6:30 am

Clean hotel lobby and room. Nice big screen TV turned on with my name showing when I first entered the room--nice touch! Comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Excellent indoor pool. Good price. Very friendly staff.

The place is a little run down. If you’re into good coffee…it’s not very good coffee. Tried the pool but it was WAY too cold to go in it.
Slept comfortably. Would be nice to have a bedside table on each side of the bed (only had one).

While not 5 star, this is a nice hotel! Clean, comfy bed & linens - large fluffy towels! Breakfast was actually good and coffee is GREAT! Great staff but Xavier at the front desk is beyond wonderful; very professional yet super warm, friendly, welcoming and very helpful! This man knows customer service and knows how to multitask! Very much appreciated him and he's part of the reason we'll be back! We visit the area Ann Arbor often but this was our first stay at Fairfield.

Everything was fine except I do not like the sink outside of the bathroom in the main room. Comfy, clean bed. Friendly front desk. Safe in A2.

The front of the building is lit up with lights that shine into your hotel room if you are on that side of the building. Breakfast starts at 6:30am which is late for those who are traveling. Bathrooms are outdated. My heating unit was not working properly.

Hotel staff members were friendly and helpful, hotel was quiet and clean. Breakfast was very nice. I was disappointed that there was no hot tub, that was one of the reasons why I chose this hotel when I booked, other than that I have no complaints.

They were having some WiFi issue so we’re were unable to do any work unless we connected to my personal hot spot and after awhile I was max out. The only gave one room key for the same reason and we both had different schedules so that was hard to keep up with during the day.

A couple upgrades to the property would earn a better review. The staff working the breakfast were outstanding.

Property was fine booked a room with 2 beds, said everything was fine wheb I got there they said was a issue and my room was gone me and my other guest got a room with one bed and couch bed. Couch bed was junk, room didn’t even have blankets or pillows

Nothing unique or really bad except breakfast area is too crowded (no seating available) had to go out for breakfast.

It was great they have a Busline for the U of M over at another hotel so very close to walk and Not deal with traffic. Pool was a bit cold. Pull out couch was very springy. Customer service was great

This was just and overnight stay for medical appointments. Room was comfortable.

Nothing really unique. It was your basic hotel with basic amenities. It was an overall good stay though.

Very fine hotel but with over one hundred rooms only one ice machine. Also our coffee maker in the room did not work.
