The apartment was spacious, clean, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect, just a short distance from restaurants and shops.
The apartment complex was quiet and peaceful, with a lovely pool area that was perfect for relaxing in the sun. The manager was very friendly and helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.
Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. It was a perfect base for exploring the area, and we can't wait to come back again soon!

My friends and I rented this property for stagecoach. The apartment itself was very clean and had all the kitchen needs and toiletries you could think of. The owner was very responsive to any requests. The pool is right outside the apartment and gets sun the full day. Highly recommend this property!

I’m super bummed about this place. I am staying here as a health care traveler for 3 months to work at a local hospital. This place is really beautiful and a good location but it has some major issues. The biggest one being the amount of cockroaches, crickets, and caterpillars (that literally throw up pools of BLOOD) that I find daily in the apartment and ON MY BED. I would literally never stay here again for that alone and I can barely sleep at night not knowing what is likely going to crawl on me. The property manager is also responsive at times and has helped with the bug issue to the best of her ability but with all other matters has been very difficult. She seems very unorganized and overwhelmed and was dishonest with the pricing, costing me hundreds of dollars on top of our agreed upon amount. This is pretty unethical and just leaves a very bad taste in my mouth and a big hole in my pocket. Overall, as much as I like the unit itself, I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Clean and furnished fairly well. Deck has nice views of the mountains. Manager was responsive to a minor problem. Not exactly a gourmet kitchen, but reasonable for a vacation rental. Very accessible to the golf courses in Indian Wells and La Quinta.

This condo is in a great location with a beautiful setting next to the mountain. The pool is very nice. Security is good and there are several nice restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed our stay.

We were very happy with the condo. Very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. 2 of us stayed, however we had a total of 8 for a dinner party. It was a little tight, but fine. We would stay again.

This condo is very well situated In Indian Wells. It is close to grocery stores as well as other shopping, golf, the polo grounds, etc. It had everything that we needed and being on the second floor was very nice and private,. Since this property is within walking distance to the BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament it was a little more expensive than we were hoping for since we were there during the 2 weeks of the tournament but we understand that.
Lana was an excellent host and we want to thank her for making our stay more enjoyable. She checked in with us after we had settled in and we suggested a couple of things to her that could be improved and the next day they were taken care of. We would certainly stay at any properties that Lana is managing.

The apartment was perfect and exactly what we were looking for in order to have the perfect vacation! The pictures and description are accurate and it was clean and well maintained. Lana was great at communicating all of the information we needed and the apartment was clean and well decorated. Location is close to grocery and other services and the community is fairly quiet, there was always ample room at the pool. The mountain views is awesome!!! Overall a fantastic stay! We had the best time!

We stayed in one of Lana's properties in Indian Wells at Mountain Cove for 12 days. It was a nice Condo with a beatiful view of the mountains. We for sure will be back. Indiana Wells was perfekt for us. We played golf, hiking in the mountains, enjoyed the pools, went to Joshua Tree etc. A very nice place with a lot of things to do and enjoy. Coming from cold Denmark in february it was amazing with the lovely weather. We can recommend Lana. She does everything to make you stay nice. She is a perfect host.

My wife and I recently spent a week at this condo. There were a few things that weren't smooth for us. We had a small glitch upon arriving when we realized that we had not received the security code from Lana. We called her and she did not answer but she returned our call within about ten minutes. That was our fault as much as her's. We should have made sure we had the code before leaving our home.
The second issue, while small was still a bit annoying and did not feel very customer service friendly. My wife requested two extra pillows and Lana told her that the bed had two pillows and two pillow shams and she didn't need any extra since there weren't extra people staying with us. I think that if they provide pillows for 4-6 people, if a guest wants an extra pillow that should not have been a problem.
The next thing that was slightly annoying was that we were unable to get a signal with the tv. We called Lana again and this time she told us that it had worked that morning and it was probably a problem with Time Warner. We told her that it could also be us and that we maybe didn't know how to work the two remotes. She said she would come over in the morning and check it out. She did not come. My wife called again in the afternoon and that time she sent someone over within ten minutes. Since it can be confusing having two remotes, I think Lana should have written instructions on how to operate the tv available in the unit. That would have eliminated the need to call twice regarding this issue. We shouldn't have had to call twice or wait until the next afternoon.
The most problematic thing with this unit is the furniture, specifically the sofa. In the description, it lists it as a comfy queen sleeper, but we found it to be very uncomfortable. We liked to stay in at night and read or watch television, and sitting on the sofa was not comfortable for us at all.
What we liked about the unit was that the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nicely done. The grounds are very nice and we enjoyed the pools too.

I will qualify my rating. First of all we did have a rental agreement for 476747. We had the code to get in. When we tried to use the code at the front door it would not work. Luckily a chap working on another unit called Lana and she told us to drive up the street to another unit. We were able to get in. Units are pretty much the same, but I don't really know what VRBO unit I am reviewing here. Unpacked, then the next problem, Internet didn't work. Tried different passwords, then Lana sent that same chap over, and it got resolved. The next problem were the crickets. The next day started to find crickets in the bathroom and LR/DR area, then again the next day. Lana was called, she came over with an exterminator, and the apt. was sprayed. She said the outside had been sprayed recently, but not the inside. We have rented and own an apartment in the Caribbean, and are familiar with lizards and some bugs, but really did not like to always check the floors for live or dead bugs! The final issue was our security deposit. Lana sent us a cheque with the incorrect amount. She admitted that she had not checked her files and had made an error. She didn't realize that VRBO had charged us the fees for using our credit card, so she had deducted the fee from our security deposit. We are now waiting the second cheque to come to cover the missing amount.
I would have given a higher rating, but these issues were annoying. These problems can happen anywhere and at any time, but we felt that after going to that whole process of rental agreements, sending deposits, we should have been in the unit we paid for.
The unit was fine, enough towels. The bed was comfortable, large bedroom cupboard. The kitchen had all necessary dishes, cutlery and pots/pans. The area was very nice and the entire property well kept. The pool was a short walk away, a good size with many loungers.
There are many good restaurants in the area, excellent walking trails close by, but a vehicle is definitely required.

For any one seeking a vacation or short-term rental in Indian Wells, this is property to book! If you are travelling from inside the United State or Internationally and want one of the best experiences for your Desert Vacation these condo's are the best value for your money! Lana was fabulous, attentive, and allowed me and my two dogs Yote and RueDe to enjoy the accommodations and welcomed my boys with open arms. I stayed in two different units and actually extended my stay from June through the end of September. The first unit was on the second floor, you need to go up about 10 - 15 steps to get to the condo door. The second condo was ground level and was super easy to get to being just a few feet from the parking area. Lana's condos are marvelously situated in the heart of Indian Wells, in a safe, protected and gated community.
If you like the convenience of shopping, dining, flea market/treasure hunting, biking, tennis facilities and malls this is the place for you! The condo's have been meticulously upgraded with a very nice, sleek, walk-in shower and amenities. For the foodies travelling to this area, the kitchen is modern and upgraded from other units that I have seen. The views are fantastic and the outdoor patio allow for luxurious alfresco dining, watching the sunset, the gorgeous mountains, and the ever-so-famous desert night-time sky, filled with amazing views of the stars!
The wi-fi and internet allow you to stay in touch with your friends and family and you can make them jealous by uploading your favorite photos from the day, drinking wine and dining at night! The area allows for great walking with your fuzzy 4 legged companions, but please be respectful and pick up/clean up after your pooch. The grounds are meticulously manicured for your enjoyment. While I did not use the pool, it is conveniently located just steps from the condo unit(s) and I never saw more than a few people in the pool at any given time. It is an older mature traveler that I saw the most, however, there were couples with small children from time to time in the pool area. Overall, it was very quiet and I enjoyed languid mornings sleeping in, preparing breakfast and eating out on the porch, watching the mountains, the hummingbirds, and butterflies stop by to say hello every day!
This was the perfect retreat for my needs and rest assured, Lana will take care of your booking and on-site needs to the very best of her ability. I highly recommend!

This very clean unit was perfect. It had everything one would need. Lana was most helpful with any questions and responded promptly. The unit is on the second floor and the balcony looks write on to the mountains,so peaceful. The pool area was empty it felt like my own pool. The decor is tasteful and had very clean lines.
I will stay here again. I was used to love hotels. I now prefer a private residence.

My husband and I just returned from a 7 night stay in this lovely condo. Photos accurately reflect the condo, very clean, nicely decorated and very well maintained. A lot of amenities in the condo, fluffy towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, full kitchen, great balcony with mountain views. Many grocery stores (including Trader Joe's) and restaurants close by. We encountered an issue with cable and internet access, owner was able to rectify the issues very quickly without inconvenience. Felt very safe as it is a gated community and gate guards are very friendly. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to family and friends. Thank you for the memorable stay!
