Clean, modern, roomy, comfy, quiet neighborhood. Great places to eat near by.

Smell that seems to come out from the hall bath drain.

We liked the house itself. It was everything we could ask for. We felt at home with no stress at all. The house was spotless and well taken care of. Having a parking spot, the washer and dryer was the added cherry in top! The neighborhood appears to be a safe and quiet location. The neighbors were nice and so helpful. Grocery stores were near by and the beach is about a 30 minute drive. Awesome place! 2 thumbs up 👍

There wasn't really anything we didn't like about this house. The house was carefully planned out. But if we HAD to pick something it would be the shower. Don't get me wrong the shower was nice but in the master shower a hand held shower would have been nice instead of having 2 rain showers. Again, no complains but if we had to pick something, that would be it.

Lighting was great, looked like it was recently renovated. Quiet neighborhood and fairly close to all amenities.

Some basic items were not present: toaster, kettle, baking sheet and general oven supplies, no complementary dish washer soap or detergents. Air freshener was a little strong on arrival but got use to it after a couple of days. Brush to clean toilet. No place to put clothes away. NO USEABLE DRESSER OR CLOTHES HANGER OR HAMPER FOR COLLECTING DIRTY LAUNDRY. Hopefully these details get addressed to make the property a great rental.

The location of the house is very good. It is very convenient to drive to nearby supermarkets, gas stations and restaurants. It takes less than half an hour to drive to tourist attractions such as Little Havana, Wynwood Walls, South Beach and Vizcaya Museum and Garden. The house made our stay very comfortable and it is very suitable for a large family to travel together.

Just a little regret: the washing machine had something in it so we couldn't use it. In addition, it is best to have a pair of scissors in the kitchen.

Far away from busy streets - but with a "trolley" station one block away. 6. Quick responses to our questions through the BOOKING website; efficient solutions to our needs via their five-star handyman. 7. Excellent beds!!!

1. Cutlery, china and glasses were in short supply (not really for 10) 2. Details: no cork screw; no can opener (we left ours...) 3. Main door with high steps - difficult for persons with limited mobility
