This home includes open kitchen/living/dining room floor plan, high end grill, 2 well stocked kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 laundry rooms, 3 full baths, 4 bedrooms (one king and 3 queen). Gorgeous floor-to-ceiling fireplace will be a gathering place for you family. Heating and cooling systems have multiple zones, and are quiet for a comfortable stay. Super fast and reliable WIFI, and 2 Samsung televisions. Plenty of games and books for adults and kids. I am an experienced host that loves providing guests with a beautifully decorated and reliable home. I love my home, and I know you will to!

This house has been beautifully and thoughtfully designed. Everything is new and clean. The layout was perfect for three families that included toddlers. Plenty of space for together (and separation!) time. We really appreciated the baby equipment and toys since we all arrived by plane. We even baked Christmas pies there! There's a park around the corner with a playground and downtown is within walking distance, even with little ones. Val was a very responsive host and made sure we had all the info we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

The house was exceptionally clean. The bed we slept in was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped along with very nice appliances. The living room was very comfortable and the house was nicely decorated. Additionally the location was great with a short walk to downtown Rochester along with easy access to the extensive trails and parks in Rochester. Also communication with the host was excellent.

The property was really quite perfect for our needs. We live in the area and needed extra housing for a celebratory weekend and the house and property was perfect! Very clean, very spacious, and well, equipped for guests could not have asked for anything more! Thank you Val!

This house was absolutely perfect for our trip. We were in town for a life celebration and were in a great location relative to that. We also got to walk through the areas/restaurants and stores that I remember sharing with my sister so that was a great little side order of nostalgia

My family really enjoyed our stay in Downtown Rochester this summer. The home was nicest VRBO home we've ever stayed in. The house was so clean and inviting. It accommodated both my family of four and my aunt & uncle. With 3 bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom downstairs, we were able to spread out and have our own space. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to my friends & family, and I'm definitely coming back next year!

My family (hubs, sis, bro, mom, aunt and uncle) were in town for a little impromptu extended family reunion and needed a place for 3 nights. Val’s place was probably the cleanest, best stocked rental we’ve ever stayed in. The location was perfect, and access was easy. The renovation done on the hoMe is truly ‘complete’ with no corners being cut at all. Val has covered a lot of the small details that lots of hosts do not….from shampoo, conditioner and soaps for the showers, to “makeup” cloths, to kcups and laundry detergent, this place is top notch. Communication was quick and easy. If you need a place in Rochester, don’t even look anywhere else.

We rented the accommodation for our guests attending our daughter's wedding. Our friends came from Austin, Seattle and India. They were very pleased with the amenities and comfortable stay.

Val’s house is a beautiful place to stay with state of the art appliances and very comfortable beds. My family really enjoyed our stay, it was our home away from home.
