AMENITIES: Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. MAIN LIVING: With a shoreline-inspired palette of sand-colored neutrals, the serene, second floor gathering area flows from a den to a game table for six, a dining area for eight, and a kitchen with island seating for four. A huge sectional sofa and pair of arm chairs seat a crowd in front of the wall-mounted TV in a living room ringed with windows. The gourmand’s kitchen offers double ovens, a farmhouse sink, a gas range, a handsome backsplash, and sleek cabinetry. The beverage area has its own mini refrigerator with ice maker and sink. A powder room, lined with designer wallpaper sporting a stylish octopus pattern, helps accommodate guests who join you at the beach. Step onto the front balcony for views of the charming streetscape with rustling palms, while the dining balcony offers a gas grill, a table for eight, a seating area, and wall-mounted TV. Imagine your sunset cocktail hour here! SLEEPING QUARTERS: All five bedrooms sport shades of blues and whites, setting the scene by the sea. On the first floor, you’ll find two complete king suites, each with a private bath and one with porch access. An incredible bunk room offers two twin-over-twin bunks and two twin-over-full bunks, sleeping up to 10! A sectional sofa and flat-screen TV create a sitting area for the bunkmates to enjoy. A bathroom with dual sinks as well as double bath and toilet rooms supports the bunk room. Upstairs are two primary king suites including luxury beds , with details like starfish pulls on matching chests, arm chair seating and bathrooms with dual sinks and walk-in showers. Closets in the primary suites are large enough to accommodate little ones if needed. GREAT FEATURES: On the first-floor, the wet bar serves the downstairs bunk and king suites from a central entryway hall, while the laundry room keeps the whole house laundered and fresh. Perfect artwork captures the coastal mood. Designer touches, like rattan shades in light fixtures over the kitchen island, elevate the experience. Our Seabreeze Place is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Our Seabreeze Place the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home. STR# 529579

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: An incredible home. Beautifully designed, thoughtfully furnished. Did not feel like a rental. It was as if the owners had invited us over for a few days visit. Four bedrooms with a king. An amazing bunk room for 8 with two complete bathrooms. Our kids loved it. Pick this home. You will not regret it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: HI, house was great. Needed doormats for sand, and an icemaker for a house that accomodates that many people, and a hose near entrance to get sand off. Golf cart company was horrible, we will never use them again. 1st cart, no speakers worked, 2nd golf cart caught on fire at Whataburger (twice) and people at Whataburger had to put out flames. No call from anyone at the company- that could be a huge lawsuit for them- and they didn't even have the decency to apologize. Should pay for our cart for the week. Then the next golf cart wasn't functioning either, had to trade in for 2 4-seaters. worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Please pass this along to Sage. Lastly, my instructor stood me up for a class I prepaid for. Other than that, good time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house with 4 king bdrms and a large bunk room was perfect for us, our three grown children and their families. All adults had king beds and own bath. The 6 grandchildren shared the bunk room with double bath. The layout of the house was great. The large kitchen/living area provided plenty of dining space for our large group.
