The location of the hotel is excellent, in the middle of Adeje, and we were able to have very nice breakfasts at two cafes beside the hotel. Denise suggested some very good restaurants for dinner.
The supply and range of toiletries was poor and should have been better considering the price for the room.

Hotel super schoon, personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam!
Er zijn veel, goede en goedkope restaurantjes en koffie locaties in de directe omgeving.
We misten de mogelijkheid om drank te koelen en te beschikken over koffie.
In de buurt waren veel honden op één adres die geregeld voor veel overlast zorgden, gelukkig niet 's nachts.
Je hebt elke keer de bus nodig om naar naar de kust te gaan.

Goede locatie om zowel richting de kust te gaan als om de berg in te trekken voor alle types van wandelingen.
Het enige wat voor ons echt tegenviel was de geluidsoverlast in de kamer. onze kamer lag langs een vrij drukke straat, waar het geluid hard resoneert en er vanaf 's ochtends vroeg veel voertuigen passeerden. Onze kamer had een schuifraam, met borstels tussen beide ramen, waardoor het raam niet volledig afgesloten kon worden voor het geluid buiten. Zonde voor zo'n mooi gerenoveerd hotel met zo'n goede service. Een goede nachtrust is voor ons een basisvereiste voor een hotel, en daar was hier niet aan voldaan.

The welcome was excellent, the room lovely, linen clean, the room overlooked the main street and had a small balcony. For the price of the breakfast, it was wonderful. Denise made us feel very welcome. If you want to be in the centre of a real Spanish village, then this is it,
The price far exceeded what we would normally expect to pay. 875 for a six night stay, we felt was very high for a hotel with so few facilities. There wasn't even tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Also we did not have maid service every day.

Denise is a fabulous host from the bubbles on arrival to booking a car rental for us, ordering us taxes when we wanted them and the breakfast was absolutely delicious!! The hotel is spotless, Denise has taken great care with the renovation of this lovely property - thank you Denise

An absolutely outstanding brand new boutique hotel- clean and quiet and very comfortable. Located right in the centre of the old town.
Ignore the star grade given because I’m Spain this refers to size of hotel. I would grade it as 5 star quality, cleanliness and decor of the rooms. Complimented by the service provided lovingly by Denise the owner this was my best stay ever in the Canaries ( and I have been coming for 40 years)

Denise was so amazing and helpful, she greeted us with a class of champagne on arrival was so helpful as we went during Hogmanay taxis were quite difficult to access and she helped us out multiple times such a kind host
