Views awesome. Location was good. Showers had good pressure. No air con but good cool breeze. Manager great to work with and allowed slightly early check in.

No direction given as to where to park. Finally told where. Front desk staff do not have your info so you need to call the manager. The room had a wastewater smell at times and also still had small signs being recently completed.

Over all it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. It was a very nice unit, with complete kitchen utensils, drinking water, blankets and towels provided. Feels like its was our own home, staff are very accommodating, the location is good near the pasalubong markets and mines view but it was not a noisy place. Mr. Alvin is very helpful and accommodating. Parking space is provided which is a big plus for us and I think anywhere when staying in baguio.

There was really nothing not to like, there were just issue with the water at our 2nd night stay but it was solved as soon as we informed the front desk and Mr. Alvin.

the place was immaculately clean. the appliances worked its purposes, Daily towels. we requested were freshly laundried. it was near to places where we wanted ti visit. the only hiccups was that the place is not sound proof

We enjoyed at this place. Sir Alvin and Sir john are very accommodating & kind. The check in process was quick & easy. It’s a short stroll to Mines View, Restaurants and Convenient stores. Highly Recommended!

The place was Accessible to both private and public vehicles. It's also near convenience store, sari-sari store and talipapa if you what to cook. It's a minute away from Mimes View Park and just across Good Sheperds. Our room got a veranda and a nice view of the City. It was so clean and quiet for good night rest. The staff were so accomodating. The free water was a great help.

Very much appreciated the welcoming staff, very courteous and helpful. The unit is very clean and new. One more take away was the location! 👍👍👍we will book again!

I would suggest to extend the check out time to 12noon since the check in time was 3:00pm.

The property is really good, well designed, really clean, and with all the utilities you would need in your stay. From the terrace of the master's bedroom, the view is superb! It is also easily accessible and just a few steps away from Mines View Park and Good Shepherd Convent. The staff Sir Alvin and Ms. Alona are very friendly, professional, and attentive of our needs.
