Includes one designated private car port and the apartment has internal access to private roof top terrace with 360 degree views of the ocean and city. Apartment has beach chairs and coolers. Guests of the Penthouse have access to the apartment building pool. The apartment is a 5 minute drive to the airport. WIFI included and washer and dryer in the apartment. Always available over the phone for any questions and or concerns. This is a residential neighborhood, with the beach across the Condominium and a two-block walk to the Isla Verde Avenue strip. The strip has bar and restaurants, major hotels, and many other amenities such as CVS/Walgreens and fast food outlets. You may rent a car, especially if you plan to go out of the metro area, but if you plan to stay at the beach and metro area an UBER is most convenient. Please be very careful using the staircase to access the rooftop deck. The staircase is steep, please climb slowly and carefully as you go up or down using the handrails. These are the standard house rules of your stay: * Check-in is after 3 pm; * Check-out is before 11 am; * No smoking inside the apartment; * No events allowed; * You may use the private parking space during your stay; * Minimum age to rent is 21 years; * You will be responsible for any damages to the rental property by you or your guests during your stay. EARLY CHECK-IN Guests can request early check-ins within 2 days of their arrival. Early check-in is not guaranteed and we will not be able to approve any early check-ins before this 2-day window. If early check-in is available, guests will get charged a fee of $25 per hour up until the normal check-in time. Early check-ins will not be allowed before 8 am. LATE CHECK-OUT Guests can request late check-outs within 2 days of their departure. Late check-outs are not guaranteed and we will not be able to approve any late check-outs before this 2-day window. If late check-out is available, guests will be charged a fee of $25 per hour or a fraction of an hour after the normal 11 am check-out time. The fee for any unauthorized late check-out after the 11 am check-out time is enforced and will be charged as it is disruptive to the cleaning staff who have to follow a work schedule. ** Guests who check out late without our approval will be charged $100 fee that will be collected through the platform. This strict rule is put in place to give the cleaners enough time to clean the property and replenish supplies before the next guest arrives.**
