We ask that you keep noise to a minimum between those hours. This house is old and 100% wood floors, so some noise is to be expected before and after these times. • Keeping a tidy home for the duration of the stay We like to keep check-out as simple as possible and we do not ask for much, but please keep in mind that the following issues could result in an extra fee from our cleaning team, which could be passed onto you: - Excessively soiled linens (accidents happen; please use the washer and dryer.) - Excess loose trash (i.e. trash throughout the unit, not bagged.) - Smoke smell (marijuana, vape, and cigarettes are not permitted.) Pets: We allow up to two well-behaved, housebroken, dogs to accompany you during your stay (for a fee). Animals (including service dogs) are NOT permitted to be left alone in the unit at any time during your say. We do not allow dogs on furniture, but if yours cannot help it, please use the provided furniture covers! Absolutely no pee pads are permitted.
