This home has everything you need and all in a Tiny House. From queen bed to washer&dryer. You will have a designated parking space steps away from your door in a neighborhood that is perfect for dog walking down the sidewalks and paver streets. The entire home is yours. Also plenty of yard space

Area was nice and quiet and there was privacy. Also it it’s own parking space.

We spent a long weekend, and the place was nice and quiet, which I'm always concerned about, especially in hotels. Well and fully furnished with great amenities and a full kitchen. Excellent value and a perfect location in Winter Park, close to shopping, restaurant, and cafes. We will book again.

Although tiny, this place is perfect for a 1-2 people. In a safe location with sidewalks and in walking distance to grocery store and lots of restaurants. Owner is very responsive-attended to an issue immediately and beyond satisfactorily. Would be happy to stay in one of their properties again.
