Absolutely beautiful. Worth every penny.

Absolutely amazing place to stay right next to the beach and close to everything, nothing was an issue staff were so friendly and accommodating. It had everything we needed, the breakfast was so good.The room was secure and very spacious and the private mini pool was just perfect, i wish i could stay little longer.

It had everything we could wish for. Simply Outstanding!

The apartment is bright, airy and very clean. Equipped with everything you might need. Location is great, Close to the beach, main attractions and restaurants. The host was very helpful. Additionally we got the daily access to the various beaches and restaurants which was very convenient!

Loved the Mini pool inside your room.

The facilities were modern, clean and met every need. The check in process was smooth. Staff were professional. The location was beautiful and the room was very well stocked and clean, the mini Pool was also very clean and very well maintained.

Would definitely recommend this place for couples and family with kids.

What a lovely place specially if you are planning to come with your partner, We booked this place specifically considering the private small pool, and damn it was a perfect, was well maintained and the privacy made it more special. The room was spacious and has got everything, Fridge, Tv, Wifi, a huge modern bathroom. Anybody would love this place.

Cheap place with idiotic staff and extremely exaggerated photos

There is no such thing as room service, you have to go out everytime to ask for something.. DIdn't provided items as mentioned in the listing.. no iron, hairdryer, even after asking, these items were not provided this so called pool is a joke, it's a tub for 1 person, with literally no space for other person Hotel staff was just lazy.. avoid if you have an option

Pics are not the actual representation of the room and the pool..bathroom was very bad with not toiletries. It's a make do property with no proper roof..made horrible noise as if the cloud has busted when it rained and spoiled my sleep.

very very bad experience and request refund of some of my amount

Nothing was there as expected in the pictures

cleanliness , bathroom smell , staff didn’t even clean the room in the 3 days that we stayed. I had to ask for towel the 2nd day because the room was not cleaned even once until we vacated.. very horrible stay experience

Must stay in South goa.

Very comfortable. Private pool, spacious rooms, good AC, very nearby to palolem and 100 m from patnem beach. Quiet and comfortable. Definite recommendation.

I loved most of it, maybe some extra plants in the garden, but the hotel is quite new so they will probably work on this.

It was pathetic

Room was very open and did not give any privacy, curtains were very sheer and all the sunlight came directly in the room. Transparent curtains were not the right choice for room as it did not give us any private space. Swimming pool was very small, it was not good even for the kids. Pictures on the site are very misleading where as reality is something else. Did not like the property at all. Went through huge inconvenience fir cancelling the booking and getting a refund. Complete waste of time and money.

An amazing vacation, all because of Lakshman and this place

A very serene and beautiful place, right next to the coast. Lakshman is very helpful and is available at a phone call. The pool is a fun edition to this lovely place. In addition to all this, the food is amazing and affordable! Highly recommend their Calamari prawn chilli!

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Very close to the patnem beach. Room is specious enough with all the required facilities. The private small pool on the front deck is the best part of the room to spend time during evening/night. Staff is also very supportive, specially Laxman. I would recommend this place if someone is looking for peaceful time away from the crowded areas.

Keep It Like This For as long as you can

Honestly was resisting to put a review because it’s gonna get famous quite fast and the more people will start to come and this lovely place will become like so populated. in short nice place great environment lovely people would be coming next time soon. Thanks For an amazing Trip ❤️

There is nothing much to mention here.

We stayed for 4 nights @5400 per night. The place is not even worth 2000. A plastic tub has been placed outside the room. No phone for room service. Low cost build, cheap curtains have been placed in front of the room and by the tib side. During our stay, tub was full of small flies. Pathetic. For privacy, cloth clips are provided by hotel staff to pin up the stupid curtains. What is this ? To order anything one has to go either on the reception or across the road to another sister facility Emerald Edition. Our booking was breakfast included and we were told that you can only get poori bhaji and parantha. Anything else on menu is paid. No buffet. To spice up our mood, the waiter told only 1 cookie is allowed with coffee. WOW!! Had all these stupid T&C been told beforehand we had not booked all inclusive. And if honest reviews had been placed. We would not have booked this place at all. Only 1 suggestion: Please avoid the place, if not paid.

wonderful staff, very friendly and attentive, especially Anuja and Gauresh very clean and large room, soft bed, whole place seemed new location close to the beach in a nice street with restaurants and shops close, felt very safe, great overall atmosphere would definitely come back

didnt bother me much but just fyi: walls and roof are thin so you can hear dogs barking etc if you are a light sleeper pool is very small so i didnt use it, went to the beach close by instead

A true sample of Excellent hospitality.

Excellent rooms with excellent location located right at the beach, rooms are clean and extremely comfortable. upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. The best part is the supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Would definitely recommend these rooms to everybody.
