About this house rental
Beautiful 2400 square foot twin home with a walkout! It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, double garage, Washer&Dryer, fenced in backyard and in a peaceful neighborhood. The main level living room has a gas fireplace, 75”SmartTv and a top of the line power recliner with adjustment options and USB ports. The lower level boasts a 55” SmartTv, gas fireplace and an extra large comfy couch! The lower level bedroom has a futon and a 40” SmartTv as well. There’s additional space in the lowest level if needed. We currently offer NetFlix and the ultimate package from SlingTv which offers a majority of the premium channels. Board games, cards and dice are also supplied. Propane grill and patio furniture are available as well l! All Linen is provided and the kitchen has all the essentials. The property is 2 min from I-29, super close to restaurants/fast food, WH Lyon fairgrounds and Starbucks. . Short drive to Downtown, Denny Sanford Center, Airport and the Empire Mall. This was an awesome space. We had 4 kids with us and the basement area was a gift. There was a tv, futon and pool table. Plenty of room for them to run around and have fun. The other spaces were perfect. Every amenity is provided included soft blankets to cuddle up under. The host was very responsive and kind. The garage was a huge bonus in South Dakota and we were very happy. We would recommend this to most. (lots of stairs with 4 levels) :)

Galen communicated thoroughly and the property has a ton of little amenities that you don’t get everywhere. It even had a hair dryer which we forgot. Thanks for the hospitality!

Clean, large, perfect for our short stay but would've also been great for a longer stay. Nice to also have a garage dor parking. Would definitely return.

Very warm cozy atmosphere and everything was as advertised. Hosts checked in with us also to ensure our stay was on par. Entire experience couldnt have been better. Definately would stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, comfortable and well maintained. It was conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again if we’re back in Sioux Falls.

This place was one of the best. We stay somewhere new ever year, but Galen/Cody made this stay worry free from the start. The recommendations and communication were helpful. The amenities were too many to list(nothing they didnt have). The property was spacious and cleanliness was top notch. If you are staying in Sioux Falls and want a quiet neighbor close to everything look no further.

Put this on your VRBO list! We will come back time and again. VERY comfortable and convenient. Awesome communication. Very clean. We travel and use VRBO a lot and this one deserves an awesome review. Oh and the garage is perfect and will fit a suburban size vehicle. The neighborhood is quiet. Big screen TV’s are wonderful.

We were in town for the world of outlaws event. I was very clean and plenty of room. the host did a great job and they don't live far away if you needed something.

Beautiful home. Clean, updated, deck, grill, patio, fire pit, dishwasher, spacious, garage, quiet neighborhood, great communication with host. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

When we got there we found out that we were the first people to rent their home. All our communications with the host was really good. All the rooms were really good sized. All the carpeting and furniture were new., and the couches in both living areas were very comfortable. The TVs with the Sling connection and Netflix allowed plenty of programs. The beds were very comfortable and the futon in the basement bedroom was adequate. A small desk and chair for working would have been nice.' but we made do. Having three bathrooms was a plus. The attached 2 car garage was really a plus, especially because of the extremely cold weather we had for our stay. The house was in a good area with great access to the expressway and downtown. .The kitchen appliances were a little dated , but they all worked . All in all the house suited our needs just fine We were my wife and I , her brother and my adult son.. So we all had our own room and bathroom. We would stay there again if the need arises. The hosts Cody and Galen were great hosts.
